Tania was great! She was very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly throughout the tour. I loved the property, the apartments looked great, were very close to FIU, and offered good rates. The community felt comfortable and welcoming. Tania answered all my questions and made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend taking a tour with her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid this building. The low ratings are an accurate description of the experience here. Residents should not be expected to pay such high rent while dealing with very loud construction noise, ongoing disruption, and unpleasant smells throughout the building. The noise has been loud enough to affect my sleep and make it difficult to have peace in my own home. This work should have been completed before people were charged high rent to live here. When I asked management if I could be moved to another unit because of the construction noise, they did not offer a practical solution. They referred me back to the lease and told me I would have to pay money instead of addressing the issue in a reasonable way. That response was disappointing and made it clear that resident comfort is not a priority. For the amount being charged, the experience should be much better. I would not recommend this building to anyone who values peace, quiet, cleanliness, sleep, or responsive management.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All the common areas are disgusting. Trash everywhere. Makes amenities like the pool and gym that are usually a good thing barely usable. The cherry on top of this review is they are started construction today that will be ongoing for the next 4 months. This construction is for 11 hours a day and starts at 7am. The noise is unbearable. So i’m stuck waking up at 7am for the next 4 months against my will.

I recently began looking for a new apartment as I prepare to transfer to FIU, and I was immediately drawn to the cozy and welcoming atmosphere at 4th Street Commons. The building itself is beautiful, but what truly stood out to me was the incredible staff. Madisen, the leasing manager, went above and beyond during my visit. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the entire leasing process. Moving and finding a new place can be stressful, but Madisen made the experience smooth and reassuring. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident about my options. If you’re looking for a place with a welcoming community and a staff that truly cares, I highly recommend checking it out ... especially working with Madisen!

Living here is not bad. And looking at the reviews, maybe i just got lucky. Only con ? the inconsiderate people living here. the walls are super thin here and i’ve complained to the front desk enough about my neighbors banging cabinets against the wall and having very loud sex . I am also able to hear the apartment across from me when they have gatherings, which is often. Other than that, it’s great and the management has been really nice about me making said complaints. No mold, or major bugs. i did have a rice weevil issue when i moved in but that has resolved now. i have killed them and my rice is safe.
