Mercer Landing II, macon-ga

My daughter has been living in the Lofts for 7 months now and she loves it. The dedicated space with her own room and bathroom is a huge plus!! As a parent I feel that my daughter is very safe and the facilities and grounds are very well kept up.

I love living here! The staff are super helpful and friendly, and all of our needs get met quickly. They also have fun events and nice facilities.

One of the most unprofessional apartment complexes around, they want you to pay $3000 + a month and have unrefundable fees that they informed you are refundable and then they switch the letters on the rooms so you do not end up with the room you were told you were going to be in and then they said they can fix it but you have to pay $250 just for them to fix their own mistakes. I could expect this out of a place that you pay $500 a month for but they try to run over the college students and make $400,000 dollars just off of fees you will never see again. They are a joke.

If you're looking for affordable student housing don't look here. You will hear a lot of students speak about how they are paying much more than what is fair and how you'll get up charged for anything. Want to have maintenance issues addressed too, you'll just have to wait about 2-3 months to get them even looked at. You get locked out of your room for the first time, get ready to pay $60 (for someone to show up and have it unlocked in 10min, so basically you're paying $60 for 10min of work) they will tell you that you have to pay that much because its a "contracted service" so basically you're paying your own university police to cross the street and open up your room on campus because this place does complete the on-campus housing requirement and you have to pay for it in one week on top of $925 you pay monthly because they probably don't consider that most of us are college students who work minimum wage jobs. Get ready for noisy neighbors to who won't be quiet even after you speak to them about it. The prices here are ridiculous for the service they give you. You pay $400 for a "non-refundable reservation fee" that wont be applied to your first months rent. On top of everything mentioned above.

Great place! It was just built so there isn’t much to complain about. Friendly staff, free coffee, spacious. Best lofts out of each one tbh.
