Mercer Landing I, macon-ga

I absolutely love the Lofts at Mercer Landing. My son transferred to Mercer last year. Haily was wonderful in helping us to decide what was best for him regarding apartment living. My son loves his apartment and gets along really well with his roommates. His room offers plenty of space, and he has his own private bathroom. A plus. This is a really nice place to stay. I am very happy with the Lofts at Mercer Landing. Thank you, Hailey, for all that you do.

Our son moved into the appointment back in June. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, there was an unknown issue as he was moving in that was at no fault of the staff or appointment management that was quickly resolved and we was quickly moved to a different appointment. The staff including the cleaning staff checked in on him/us multiple time over the next few hours as we were helping him move in. As a parent, we felt really good about his choice in appointment complexes. Talking to my student throughout this year, he has had no issues and issues if if something isn't working or needs to be repaired, it is quickly addressed and repaired. I would highly recommend to any parent of a student looking for a clean and safe appointment.

Absolutely AMAZING APARTMENT!!! Spacious, clean, secure!!!, and so worth the money!! GO CHECK IT OUT & SIGN THAT LEASE! WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR?!?!?

I have lived in Mercer landing for the past three years and love it! It is so convenient to get to my classes and the fun amenities are an added bonus! If I ever have a maintenance issue they are always on top of it, and in most cases fix it day of! All the staff are great (especially Erica) and you can truly tell they care about all their residents! I couldn’t recommend living here more!

The apartments are nice, though a bit pricy for student budgets. The Mercer Landing location is fairly new and comes with granite counters with stainless steel kitchen appliances and glass topped stoves. Their maintenance team responds quickly to requests, and they even handle things like apartment lightbulbs burning out. The cleaning staff does trash collection on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as once monthly cleanings of each unit's living room and kitchen.
