Please, and I mean please, keep Nick! He has made my transition from Texas to Los Angeles incredibly smooth and stress-free. Moving to a new city can be overwhelming, but Nick was there every step of the way to answer my questions, provide guidance, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was professional, responsive, understanding, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt welcoming, and he always took the time to explain things clearly and help whenever I needed it. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also truly cares about the people they’re helping. Thank you, Nick, for making this exciting new chapter in my life such a positive experience!

I’ve really enjoyed living at this co-living property in West LA. The location honestly couldn’t be better — you’re close to everything: great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and easy access to major streets. It makes daily life so convenient. The co-living layout is thoughtfully designed with private bedrooms and comfortable shared spaces that are kept clean and organized. It’s a great option if you want affordability in a prime area without giving up privacy. The community vibe is respectful and easygoing, which makes the experience even better. Management has been responsive and professional, and the property feels well-maintained overall. If you’re looking for a smart, flexible living option in a great West LA neighborhood, this is definitely a place worth considering.

I genuinely love this place so much. Currently Im on a 10 month lease and so far, the property manager (Nick) has been super duper helpful and he’d always reply to my texts & show up whenever I need help. Alsoooo Lamar (Idk how to spell his name, sorry in advance), our maintenance guy, is always there to help as well. Overall.. good service, GREAT & RELIABLE staff and property manager, amazing location, and they offer a VERY reasonable price. To students who are currently looking for a place and trying to find friends, go check this place out! There’s a lot of students living here and usually at night, students would be on the rooftop studying or chilling. Super fun place to live in as an SMC student! - A very cozy place - Safe - Nice area (10 mins walk/3 mins drive to Mitsuwa, CVS, 7/11, and many more) - 10-15 Mins drive to SMC - Well Maintained - Helpful staff & property manager - There’s a rooftop (& a BBQ )and a recreation room where anyone can hang/study in. - There’s also a gated basement to park your car. - In Unit laundry.

I’ve had a great living experience at Matteson. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and comfortable. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and really feels like home. I especially want to thank Nick and Lamar for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. They were always responsive, professional, and easy to talk to, which made a big difference.
