A garbage home. They have at least 20 people at one same location paying at least each 1500$ but Zuma don’t know how to handle cleaning and the garbage. (THEY NEVER NEVER CLEAN)

Zuma Housing is hands down one of the best housing experiences I’ve had in LA. From the start, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The apartments are clean, modern, and exactly as advertised no unpleasant surprises, which is rare in LA. The team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. Any question or request is handled quickly and efficiently. Locations are great, amenities are solid, and the overall vibe is safe and well maintained. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality housing in Los Angeles without the usual headaches, Zuma Housing is a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

Living with Zuma Housing has been a great experience. The homes are comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, which makes everyday living easy. The maintenance team always responds quickly and handles issues efficiently and professionally. While I was adapting to life in Los Angeles, Zuma Housing made the experience much easier and more comfortable. Communication with management is smooth and reliable, and the Zuma Hub events are so fun! They create a great sense of community :) I would definitely recommend Zuma Housing.

They can afford to have nonstop construction occurring at 7:45 AM featuring Jack hammering and buzz saws for 5 consecutive months, but not a WiFi network that maintains connection, or hot water (within a month, we lost water access 4 separate times for a total of 7 days, and wifi connection for multiple days during finals). Communication and action from Zuma regarding issues is slow, and they prefer band aid fixes over actual solutions. You would think that for a rent at the level of some mortgages, that they could fix at least one of these issues within half a year, but alas they prefer to tear up more of the building for new units.
