Living at Wyatt has been a wonderful experience over the past two years, and a big part of that is thanks to Claire and the leasing office team. Since the day we arrived, Claire has consistently cared about our well-being and has always been professional, helpful, and attentive to residents’ needs. Thanks to people like Claire, living at Wyatt has been comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable. The community is well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the staff truly make a difference. I highly recommend Wyatt to anyone looking for a great place to live. The property offers fantastic amenities, including a great coffee machine, an amazing jacuzzi, and a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Thank you, Claire, for all your hard work and dedication over the years.

Do not live here. I’ve been at the Wyatt for three years. The management and contracting agencies that they use completely disregard the residents living here. They gave our unit only 3 days notice that our apartment was going to be renovated WHILE WE ARE STILL LIVING HERE and demanded that we were responsible for relocating every item in our common area and bathroom spaces. If not, we could face being fined. 3 days is not enough time, especially during the summer when they know that students are not home to move items. The renovations took place from 9-6 every day, completely disrupting any way to have a livable environment. I needed a space to work and was lucky enough to be from Lexington and have other places to go while my home was uprooted. When I returned, my belongings that were in areas stated to be safe were damaged and clearly strewn about with any semblance of care. Items that were inside ended up on my balcony and ruined. Amenities such as the pool are always closed, and the prices are disgustingly high. This place is not worth the cost. I can’t wait to leave.

The Wyatt was my first choice for a space because it's where I spend most of my time. The Wyatt is an off campus apartment complex that houses many freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Before moving in and choosing the University of Kentucky I was super stressed about who or where I was gonna live. I had looked at the reviews at a lot of different off campus housing and decided to write down the top choices for what I found were the cleanest and best options. After living here for two months so far my experience has been great. The staff are very nice. The pool was very clean and organized. The mail is very well organized and taken care of. The only negative thing about The Wyatt is that its a little far from campus but I drive to classes so it doesn’t really affect me

This is my first and only year living in this apartment complex. I still have to live here until my lease expires later this year, and I am honestly counting down the days. My biggest complaint is the plumbing in this apartment complex. It feels like every week I’ve got a new issue with one of my sinks in the unit. The kitchen sink is CONSTANTLY spitting up mysterious substances and residue, and I have had maintenance fix this multiple times. The ONE good thing about this apartment complex is how fast and friendly the maintenance men are, as well as their other staff in the rental office. I honestly feel bad putting so many requests in because they’re just doing their jobs, but the management is not. The living conditions here are a sorry excuse for “luxury” student housing. I am so tired of having to get my sinks unclogged and fixed so often, and I’m especially tired of the issue with my kitchen sink. The rent here is not justifiable with the conditions of the unit, and I wish I would have known this before signing a lease. Do NOT waste your money on this complex. I honestly had much better living experiences on campus, and the cost of living there is worth the money. I genuinely cannot wait to move out of this complex.

Can we say class A property! The property manager Sam and her team is amazing! She is so soft spoken and takes her time with you. Her leasing consultant Lorrie is just a breath of fresh air and the Assistant Manager Kristen is just so enjoyable to speak with. They get you taken care of and the office is always so clean and smells so good! If you’re looking this is the place to be!
