Beware! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This is the worst apartment complex I have ever encountered. We are co-signers on our daughter’s apartment. For over a year, we have been dealing with being overcharged on utilities. Every month we get a refund from the apartment complex, but it is a battle. We’ve been notified by employees there are units in each building that are being overcharged on utilities. Yet, for over a year NOTHING has been done to fix the problem. Just multiple calls to get a refund. We tried calling the utility company ourselves, but they can’t do anything because we do not own the complex. Safety is a HUGE concern. Homeless sleeping in stairwells. A door being broken for months with multiple complaints to staff. Not to mention things in the apartment that are broken, requests submitted, and nothing is done. For the amount of money in rent, go anywhere else. If I was being paid hourly for the amount of time that has been spent addressing these issues I wouldn’t have to work. The management turns over regularly so really nothing is ever accomplished. I will give management props for sounding professional. But follow through is AWFUL. If you read this, I can’t stress how horrible this property is managed. Save yourself time and stress and go anywhere else

Great place to live with a responsive team I’ve had a really positive experience with this community. The property is well maintained, common areas are kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The management team is communicative and genuinely cares about resident concerns, which makes a big difference. The location is convenient, the grounds are taken care of, and overall it’s a comfortable place to call home. If you’re looking for a property where issues are addressed promptly and residents are treated with respect, this is a solid choice.

PLEASE READ I have lived here for two years and I can say it is probably one of my worst experiences ever. This apartment complex is unprofessional. The management has changed. I believe two or three times since I’ve been here. They do not take care of their Residents by any means anybody who is on here putting five stars reviews. They are getting something from that. They give out prizes for people who leave reviews. My apartment has had water damage since the time I moved in till now it’s still the same problem I currently live with mold in my ceiling and it just progressively keeps getting worse water drops on the floor every time it rains. I’ve went to the front office multiple times and they’ve said they’ll come and do something about it and they have it and it’s straight up negligence. They don’t clean the apartments when you first move in I hired professional cleaners to clean my apartment because it was still dirty. Whoever the previous residents were who lived in here before the couch is all scratched up The apartment still had hair all over the place. My dishwasher broke on multiple occasions and it took them over a month to even get me a new dishwasher. And now this is the second year in a row that the pool has not been opened when it said it would be opened, but that is what we pay for, and it still isn’t open. Overall, if you have somewhere else to live, do not live here at all. There is much more options. There is cheaper options. One of the maintenance people have literally told me do not live here. If you don’t have to if it’s coming from the inside, then that is a problem that is a major major problem that needs to be fixed. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. It’s filled with trash, homeless people get in the buildings. Something that happens to your car, they will not give you the camera footage. You will have to subpoena them.

I’ve enjoyed living at the lex so far. While the WiFi does go out from time to time, it’s generally fixed in a very timely manner. I love living above restaurants while also being close to campus. I like being able to do laundry whenever I please and having my own bathroom is so nice. The staff that work here are awesome too. I specifically really like Reagan. He came and helped fix my sink while off the clock and was a crucial part of my happiness here at the lex. That guy deserves a raise 🤞. Overall the lex has been awesome and I can’t wait to stay here another year 💩😘

Moved in and the couch was destroyed. Once looking closer at the apartment you could tell there was some type of damage as the trim was separated from the floor by several inches. My unit flooded, my roommate and I were never informed even with a dog in the unit. When I called to ask them about this the first question the manager asked was “how did you even find out” and proceeded to tell me that while our unit was the only apartment flooded, his office also flooded so calling us was not a priority and they felt they did their due diligence. The elevators constantly did not work on one side of the building. The hallway smelled terrible and was not very well taken care of. We wanted to live there because of excellent customer service when we toured but quickly that changed once we actually moved in. I was sick almost the entire time that I lived at the Lex and as soon as I moved out I haven’t been sick since. I was informed by one of my friends that the same building I lived in had flooded the year previous to me moving in. We signed for a 2x2 when we moved in we had no pantry , a smaller kitchen, and one room was significantly smaller (room, closet, and bathroom) than the other even though we paid the same amount. In the smaller room you could not rearrange anything and using the night stand was almost impossible as there was so little room. Please do your research before moving in the tour and actuality are two completely different experiences.
