Our son resided at Latitude Lexington for two years. All in all it was a good experience. There were some bumps but nothing catastrophic. The second summer he resided there, the apartment complex had new management. Under the new management, the apartments were renovated to include painting, new common area furniture and countertops in the kitchen. It was nice before but even better afterwards. When it came time to terminate the lease, and turn in keys, the office staff, specifically Callie and Reese, were most helpful and friendly young ladies. So much so my husband and I spent about a half hour talking to them just to pass some time of the day. It was a hot Saturday in June and Railbird weekend. The ladies made the process easy and seem less. For the price of apartments these days, Latitude Lexington offered the most affordable option with amenities that would make the most bang for your buck.

Callie has been an amazing resident assistant and has always been kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure residents feel supported and heard whenever they need assistance. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive because she’s friendly, professional, and quick to help solve problems. She creates a welcoming environment and makes the apartment community feel more comfortable. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. I’m very grateful for everything she’s done and would highly recommend her to anyone living here.

We had an incredible experience with Angie at the Latitude Apartments in Lexington. From the moment she spoke with my husband, she was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Since we weren’t able to tour the apartments in person for our daughter....who will be attending the University of Kentucky next year....we had a lot of questions. Angie answered every single one with clarity and a great attitude. She even helped us navigate the website when it wasn’t accepting payments, staying on the phone with us for quite a while without ever losing her professionalism or positivity. Her customer service is truly outstanding. Bravo to Angie.....she goes above and beyond, and she absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!). Thank you Tisha & Derek

I have lived at Five Twenty-four angliana for about a month and a half now and I honestly have nothing really bad to say about it. First of all the front desk staff are always so nice and caring and always “notice” you instead of just ignoring you and having an attitude. The rooms are all you need, you have your own bathroom and own room. They have done renovations recently and everything is much nicer with new stoves/ovens and new countertops. The amenities are great, there is a huge pool, a nice gym and stuff for residents to do! I only have had one bump in the road moving into angliana which was that the rooms when we moved in were dirty and the refrigerator and stove didn't work. It was not a big problem, the workers came in the same day and got the rooms cleaned and stove replaced very quickly and we went on with our day normally after that with no complaints! Five twenty-four has been great so far, the price is great compared to the comparables around it!

I currently live at the townhouses at have an okay experience, until the renovations have started. When I moved in, I emailed the staff to let them know I was worried about mold in my room and bathroom. They informed me to put a maintenance request, which I did. They came and said," Its just dirt and to wipe it away." However there are still spores in my bathroom vent, which you can't just wipe away unless the vent is completely removed. I just accepted it, since nothing was going to happen Since we were informed about the renovations, I started moving everything out of my room. I also made the decision not to live in my room during the renovations, due to all the work they said was going to be done, which turned out to be a good decision later. Since I was sleeping in my room, I decided to see what the townhouse looked like the first day. It looked really nice and was excited to move back in, until I went into the guest bathroom, which seems to have mold around the sink. I only noticed this since the baseboards were removed. So I went upstairs to my room to see what it looked like. The first think I noticed was the light switch was uneven, which is fine, but could be improved. Then all the holes. They took the vent above my bed out and then another hole and left it a complete mess. When I went into my bathroom, I saw what looks to be mold where my mirror used to be. I just received a message from my roommate who sent a picture of my vent in my bedroom and it shows what looks to be mold, which I didn't notice before. I am extremely upset about this mold situation, since maintenance blew me off and now it seems to actually be a problem. I have emailed the staff to see if anything can actually be done about this because I am not only concerned about my safety, but about my health. Also if this doesn't get fixed, other residents are going to have to deal with this as well.
