Haven at M, huntsville-tx

We toured many apartments in Huntsville before we moved in. Havens are the best! The curb appeal has always been great. The property is clean, the clubhouse is open 24 hrs and is always clean. The gym is also 24 hrs which is great to workout any time of the day. The pool is amazing and always nice and clean. The apartment it self are very modern and look new. The kitchen have an island and plenty of cabinet spaces. There’s no carpet in the rooms which is a huge plus for me. Rooms are spacious too. The maintenance guy Freddy has always been knowledgeable and helpful with my work orders.

Beautiful apartments and very thoughtful on tour! Jamelia was very helpful, warm and welcoming even during the tour I visited with my cousin. Thanks for everything and being patient with us. You're amazing Jamelia!!!!

I wanted to leave a review about an amazing tour guide(Leasing Professional) KEVIN ! I was there a couple do days ago looking at the Haven with friends, he greeted us with a smile on his face, and exciting energy. Not to mention, he’s a great conversationalist! I’m glad to know my friend will have that type of environment!

5 star and could give them more. I moved in in August 2025 and right from the start my move in day was really easy. I had. I had no issues. I use the shuttle service ever day to commute to school. Front office guy Will has always been helpful. The amenities are great and the property is clean and quiet. I use the gym every day it’s always clean. The man is Fredy you will catch him around the property walking talking to residents and has always been helpful. He is the maintenance man.

I had a great experience with this apartment complex from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made the entire process smooth and comfortable, and you can tell they truly care about the residents and the community they’re building. Special shout-out to Jamelia!!
