University Village Fullerton, fullerton-ca

I'm moving into University Village in August and have had a great experience so far. The leasing process has been really smooth, and all of my questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly. Everyone has been helpful, but I especially appreciate how responsive and supportive the staff has been throughout the process. They've made everything much less stressful and helped me feel confident about my decision to move here. Looking forward to moving in and becoming part of the community! I moved in about a month ago and i've really enjoyed living at UV Fullerton so far. I haven't had any issues since moving in, and my apartment was super clean and well kept when I arrived. Ive put in one maintenance request and it was handled almost immediately, which I really appreciated. Bailey has been super helpful throughout my time here and made my move-in process really easy. I love it here and have had a great experience so far!

I’ve lived at UV for the past year and it’s been a great experience. Bailey is super cool, always helpful, and makes living here way more enjoyable. She’s always positive and really cares about the residents. Definitely one of the best parts of living at UV! 😊

Took a tour of the University Village Fullerton by a young lady named Bailey who answered all of my questions, has alot of knowledge of the facility & was very courteous. We were so impressed with her. Thank you for the great customer service. We need more Baileys out there. Thank you

Do not move here. I lived here for my freshman year of college at Cal State Fullerton. On the surface, it seemed like a pretty decent apartment with new renovations and lots of space. But living here, I experienced black mold, water damage and flooding (which soaked my roommates bed, and other roommates' closet through constant water leakage through the ceiling), and incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Maintenance refused to test for mold, or treat the vents covered in black mold. I ended up developing chronic bronchitis from breathing in moldy air for a year. My roommates also experienced ongoing respiratory issues at this apartment, which conveniently went away shortly after moving out. Maintenance would not acknowledge the cause of the constant water leakage through the ceiling, therefore could not solve the issue (mind you, the water leaking from the ceiling was brown!). Bailey, specifically, who worked in the leasing office was extremely rude -- cursing at residents and provoking altercations with multiple roommates and neighbors of mine on multiple occasions. This place charges outrageous prices for unlivable apartments run by incompetent and unprofessional staff.
