I’ve really enjoyed my living experience at the Daumier! The staff, especially Leydi and Gwen at the front desk, are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. They truly make the building feel like a community. The complimentary coffee machine is a great perk and has been so convenient during busy school days. The location is also a huge plus, being right on campus makes it very easy to get to class and stay involved in school life. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and comfortable. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to students looking for convenient and supportive campus housing.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I absolutely would. The management team is among the most unprofessional, disorganized, and unhelpful groups I have ever dealt with. For a campus housing complex that primarily serves students, many of whom are balancing rigorous academic schedules and financial stress, there is a shocking lack of transparency, communication, and basic accountability. During finals week, while students are trying to focus on exams and coursework, management has been towing vehicles that are properly registered with valid permits, then refusing to take responsibility or provide clear explanations. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, residents are met with poor communication, inconsistency, and complete disregard for the inconvenience and financial burden being placed on students. There is no sense of organization or reliability here. Policies are either poorly communicated or selectively enforced, and residents are often left confused and frustrated when trying to get assistance. Management appears more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving issues. It creates an environment where students do not feel respected, heard, or even secure in their own housing community. The only real advantage to living here is the convenience of being located on campus, but even that benefit is overshadowed by the constant stress and frustration that comes with dealing with management. Students should not have to worry about whether their vehicles will be wrongfully towed or whether their concerns will simply be ignored. The fact that so many residents are actively seeking other housing options for next year speaks volumes about the experience this complex provides. I would strongly discourage anyone from living here unless they are prepared to deal with ongoing issues, poor management, dirty public spaces, and a complete lack of professionalism.

I’ve lived at the daum for six months, and I love it! They have a coffee machine in the front lobby, which always comes in handy when I wake up too late to make my own coffee. The building also has many study rooms, which are helpful for when the library is closed. Maintenance has gotten a lot better. It is on the expensive side, but the convenience of living on campus makes living here worth it!

Daumier has been my home for 2 years. I have had great experiences with staff. They definitely take our feedback into account. We have new washers, and my room is always quiet. It’s a very convenient location. Very clean and always making improvements.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this apartment complex and its staff. My friend’s car was wrongfully towed, costing her time, money, and unnecessary stress, and management’s response was to laugh at her and treat the entire situation like a joke. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism — just complete disrespect toward the people paying to live there. What makes it worse is that this complex heavily targets students, who are already under enough pressure financially and academically. Instead of helping resolve an obvious mistake, staff were dismissive, rude, and acted inconvenienced that a resident even brought up the issue. It honestly felt like they cared more about avoiding responsibility than doing the right thing. If this is how they handle serious problems, I can only imagine how they deal with maintenance issues, safety concerns, or anything else residents might need help with. Management should be embarrassed by the way they treat people. I would never recommend living here unless you’re okay with being ignored, disrespected, and left to deal with their mistakes on your own.
