WiFi never works. Parking situation is terrible which is ironic for a place called “park place”. Half of my walls/appliances/furniture were either broken or in bad condition. Bathtub had a hole in it, which took weeks to repair. Maintenance offered to take out trash for us and left it on the floor of the trash chute room, leading to the complex charging us 100 dollars in cleaning fees. Dirty gym with cardio equipment that doesn’t work. Loud neighbors who would party all throughout the week and would never get in trouble by security because they were friends with the guard on night duty 🤣 . My car got hit in the parking garage and the office told me they didn’t have cameras in the spot I was in so they couldn’t even help in the investigation. The list goes on and on forever. The “luxury” of Park Place has nothing to do with the complex, it is for the adjacent In N Out (which I would rather live at tbh, rating of 5 stars for them, amazing double-doubles).

Alexis has been such a great help! anytime i have any questions or concerns she always greets me with a smile and amazing attitude and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to renewing my lease and figuring out my parking situation! i’d absolutely recommend park place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area, overall 10/10 experience :)

I’ve been living at Park Place for about a year and a half and have had a really positive experience. The study rooms are great and super helpful when I need a quiet space, and all of the community areas are always really well kept and clean. Anytime I’ve needed to submit a maintenance request, the team has been quick to respond and take care of things efficiently, which I really appreciate. I also want to give a shoutout to Skky and Izee, they’ve both been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. They’re friendly, responsive, and really make the experience here even better. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it!

The complex is beautiful and in a great location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lexi about Park Place and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. Lexi was very kind and welcoming which made looking at these apartments a great experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Park Place! I appreciated Ryan and his timeliness, efficiency and care for all maintence tasks related to my ability to enjoy the space in my apartment. I will be recommending Park Place to friends!
