University Suites - Conway, conway-sc

I have lived here since August, it is now February. My roommates and I love chatting with the workers at the front desk. There is always positivity and a chill vibe. As a college student, this is a great place to live. The location is perfect, 4 minute drive to campus, 3 minute drive to food lion, family dollar and other shops. We have never had a bad experience with the staff and it is a luxury living here.

I’ve had a few friends who live here and my girlfriend currently does. Maintenance always comes quickly if there’s an issue, things are always addressed in a timely manner, and everyone at the front office is very kind. Alex always makes sure that everything runs smoothly and he’s such a nice guy!!

Lived here for 2 years... nothing but good memories and experiences Alex is extremely helpful whenever you need anything (maintenance... questions... etc.) would recommend

I just finished my contract with university suites. I had the best experience ever, not only was my time here great but I had to leave SC and end my lease because of some personal circumstances and kara the housing manager was unbelievably kind and helped me through every step of the process making everything seamless in a difficult time. Couldn’t recommend enough, the staff is amazing!

University Suites is definitely the place to be! The rooms are great and its in the perfect location! I lived here for two years and it was everything I could’ve asked for. They helped make my college experience even better!
