I've lived here going on 3 years now, I started in a 2x2 and transferred to a 3x3 because I liked the floor plan layout better. I didn't have issues with my original unit and I don't have any issues now. My apt is comfortable and in my personal opinion super cute! I love the property, the location, and most importantly the price!

I have had such a great experience living in this apartment complex! A huge shoutout to Bieryn, who has been absolutely amazing. Every time I need assistance, Bieryn is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely nice. It is so rare to find management and staff who care this much about their residents. If you are looking for a place that is well-maintained and has a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend moving here!

Buys brand new golf carts for staff but does not: - fix my neighbors broken lock on the door - fix the terrible speed bumps - fix the old microwaves - stops buying cups for the coffee machine for “eco friendly means” -fix the outlets in the study room -fix the gates from being wide open -DID NOT CLEAN UP A DEAD ROTTING POSSUM CORPSE FOR WEEKS BY THE BUS STOP?!?! Cheap, but its for a reason. Edit: the possum was in october. I called about it three times and it ended up just decomposing on its own. My daughter (who lives here) also went in person to mention it as well. And these issues have been “in the works” for months. If fixes need to be made, its putting money in the right place. I would much rather not be offered commodities than go to them and have them either not work or be 1/2 way functioning. Although my daughter is satisfied with this apartment management, i am not. The only POSITIVE thing i have is the front desk workers are always polite. Lower management, fantastic. Upper management? You can do better.

I don’t even know where to begin. I guess I’ll start with the positive. The front office staff are super nice and helpful in relaying messages, but that’s about it. Gym is 24/7, pretty convenient. Location is great with optimal bus routes and proximity to campus. Most 5 Star reviews are written right in front of management when people are signing/renewing their lease. Take them with a grain of salt. Rent, yeah it’s cheap but you pay for what you get. My A/C unit has broken a total of 3 times and there is never an urgency to repair it. Washer and Dryer? Yep you guessed it! Broken as well. Took 3/4 work orders to finally make them realize we needed new machines. At least these were replaced relatively quick. Think of an appliance, and it has more than likely been broken lol. Lighting is terrible, so buy a lamp for the living area. Like mold? Then you’ll love The London! They refuse to call it mold and say it’s “discoloration and moisture remediation” but hey at least we got new furniture right? Wrong, they took the couches and waited about 2 weeks to bring them back. Wait it gets better! Do you like rain? Well The London has water leaking from its ceiling! It also doesn’t help that maintenance are not provided with the resources and personnel by ownership to help address issues. They are typically overwhelmed with work so they looks for quick fixes instead of permanent solutions. WiFi outages have occurred ,but just once or twice. If you’d like to prioritize your comfort and save yourself frustration, do not stay here. I will not be resigning.

This is a horrible place to live at. The infrastructure is falling apart. Every month one or the other appliance breaks. The maintenance record is abysmal. Our clothes washer has been broken for 2 months and it's still not fixed. Last summer the thermostat was broken in our apartment for 3 weeks and no one came to fix. When they came to replace the thermostat, they replaced it with a broken one which got stuck on emergency heating. The inside temperature was in the low 90s. I went to the front office and they told me that can't fix it since the maintenance staff had left for the day. Luckily I was able to find the maintenance person while searching for anyone who could help me. This other time the dryer broke and they didn't come to fix it for 2 months. Twice is a coincidence, but thrice is a pattern. This other time they cut off the water supply without telling us. When I called them, they were like the city is working on the water pipes, but if that is true, why didn't they tell us that the water supply was going to be cut off? The HVAC system in our apartment doesn't work. 3 out of 4 rooms in the apartment either don't get air conditioning, or they get super cold. The TV is broken and if I put in a request to get it fixed, they tell me that they'll personally charge me for a new TV. There is mold in the air vents. The only good thing about this place was the low rent, and guess what, they increased my rent again Do yourselves a favor and don't get a lease here Trust me if I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. I'm case it wasn't clear, I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY
