The management team is always helpful and responsive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents! The building is kept super clean, and maintenance is quick whenever something comes up. The location is incredibly walkable close to Findlay market, and OTR, which makes day‑to‑day errands really convenient, and parking is always easy to access. There are quite a few apartment locations in the area, (as a Cincinnati local) I am here to tell you, this is the best community and location in town. Thank you to Bri, and the entire team!

Update!! I’ve been living at Industry Cincinnati for about a year now, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Everything has been going great from day one. What I pay honestly doesn’t even begin to reflect the value I’m getting here. The amenities are top-tier — a fully equipped gym with everything you need to stay fit, a state-of-the-art pool, and bi-weekly apartment events that genuinely help build a sense of community. The building itself is kept extremely clean, with staff cleaning daily, which really shows in the overall upkeep. Security here is A1. You need a key fob to access both the building and the elevators, there’s garage parking, and security police are on the property, which gives real peace of mind. A huge shoutout to Bri, the lead leasing agent. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She consistently checks in and makes sure everything is going smoothly — truly top-notch service. The location is another major win. Being in OTR, you’re close to almost everything — dining, nightlife, and entertainment — without sacrificing comfort or security. If you’re looking for a well-managed, secure, and amenity-rich apartment in Cincinnati, Industry is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend. One of the highlights of my experience has been working with Selina, the leasing agent. From the initial tour to move-in day, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my preferences and helped me select the perfect unit that met all my specifications. But her support didn’t stop there—she ensured my move-in process was seamless and continues to check in on me, making sure I’m settling in comfortably. Her professionalism and dedication truly set Industry Cincinnati apart. I moved in about 6 months ago … and let me just say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made ! The staff are very professional and efficient they handle all my questions or concerns with ease… The property and its amenities are well worth the money convenience of a beautiful full equipped community room , gym and a relaxing lounge pool for the summer. The other residents are friendly and inviting everyone I’ve came across makes the industry feel like home !

Fails to Deliver "Luxury" Living – Serious Security & Amenity Concerns ​I am writing this review because I feel it is important for prospective residents to know the reality of living here, especially if security and quiet enjoyment are priorities for you. I initially chose to stay here because of the convenience of being near a family member’s local business, but I have decided to move out due to the ongoing issues that management has failed to address. While the on-site staff, particularly Bri, is professional and kind, it is clear that upper management is prioritizing profit over the residents' experience. ​Key Issues to Consider: ​Ongoing Security Gaps: There is no on-site security or active video surveillance. Building security is consistently compromised; for example, the garage door is currently broken and stuck open, providing anyone walking off the street full access to the complex. Additionally, there are stairwell access points that bypass key-fob requirements, and the side alley door does not latch automatically and is frequently left propped open. ​Short-Term Rental Issues: The building operates more like a hotel. You will frequently share common areas (community room and pool) with Airbnb guests who treat the space as a vacation spot rather than a residential community. ​Disruptive Rental Parties: Management actively rents out the community room to both residents and non-residents, which leads to frequent, loud, and disruptive gatherings—mostly on nights and weekends when residents would otherwise use the space. Because there is no on-site security to monitor these paid events, they often drag on into the early morning hours, leaving residents to deal with the noise and lack of security. ​Amenities & Reliability: Elevators are frequently down, often multiple times a month. Additionally, residents are forced to use Spectrum for internet, and the coverage is consistently poor, with frequent connection drops. ​The Bottom Line: While this may be a decent apartment building, it does not meet the standard of "luxury" living. When you are paying top-dollar prices, you should expect professional-grade security, reliable infrastructure, and an environment that prioritizes the residents who actually live here. Unfortunately, this community does not provide the value or the peace of mind that its price point demands. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you prioritize a secure, quiet, and well-maintained home environment.
