MOUSE PROBLEM: Please DO NOT LIVE HERE if you can help it. Find a more affordable place for your child/student or yourself to live. I have been living in a mouse infested apartment for the past 5 months and when I say infested I mean infested. Mouse poop everywhere, debris from mice taking insulation and fluff from our couch and making nest, chewed through food in the PANTRY. We keep our aparment pretty clean and it doesn't matter. We have bought our own traps, we have tried working with the pest control that they called (Snowball pest control left a singular trap and it was not in the affected area at the time, my ROOM). I even hired professional steam cleaners for the carpet as their was mouse poop all over my room. We gutted and completely cleaned our kitchen when we found a nest forming in our utensil drawer. I had to throw out my cookware because of the sheer amount of poop and fur inside of it. We have deep cleaned the apartment twice now to no avail. There is probably a cups worth of poop behind our washer and dryer. It is absolutely disgusting, and I can barely sleep due to fear. I continue to wait for a response to this day about my roomates and I moving out of our unit. We have all emailed mulitple times, our parents have reached out, and they have been entirely unhelpful. When I called the leasing office and asked I have to continue to sleep with mice, the man on the phone cheerily replied "yep!", as if this is funny. These complexes are extremely strict, and yet, we are literally living in a mouse infested apartment. I think this company believes that if they ignore us long enough, we'll be content to live with mice as in total we pay over 2,000 dollars in rent. The mice have caused multiple damages to our property, specifically, the mice got into my winter drawer and chewed through my winter sweaters, and they've also chewed through multiple boxes of pasta, packaged snacks, and even parts of my cabinet. We believe one died in the walls because there was a horribly putrid smell in our kitchen. Still NO answer. Do yourself a favor and don't put yourself through the pain and suffering we have endured because managment doesn't deem it necessary to help us.

Great place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is fast, professional, and reliable. Really appreciate how quickly they respond whenever something needs to be fixed.

Do not move in here. The office management is horrible. They do not communicate with their tenants. One time I was woken up during finals week by construction outside my window that we were never told about. They towed like 20 cars today to do maintence on the parking lot. They never sent an email warning anyone that they were doing construction or that their car was about to be towed. They also love to hand out fines and lease violations for petty rule violations with no warning. They constantly do apartment inspections and they have no respect for people privacy when doing them. The old management tram used to have lots of fun events in the common areas but the current team stopped doing this. The maintence team is great, but don't move in here until they get new management.

An excellent place to live for any Northern Kentucky student! Not having to pay for a parking pass is a huge plus. The maintenance team is outstanding, they consistently go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Jewel in the Leasing Office is fantastic as well. She is always friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate important updates.

In addition to this being a very nice place to live, Q is always very helpful to me and answers any questions I have. Moving in a new place for the first time is supposed to be difficult, but Q took care of all my concerns and even gave a helping hand to move my things in my unit. Great guy and a great place to live.
