Eagle's Nest, cedar-rapids-ia

Lived here for a year, and consistently had issues with management. Firstly, my unit was without a working dryer for the majority of the lease (at least 7 months), and it took them until the day before I moved out for them to finally fix it. Great timing. I now have gotten random paint charges(nearly $300) out of my deposit for lack of painting ability from tenants that lived there before me. Don't even get me started on the security they hired that knocks on your door at 1 in the morning for 20 minutes, for issues that don't even pertain to you.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in with the worse management. Lived here 2 years. First year I was moving out and they changed the move out day and I had to work so they allowed the cleaning ladies to throw away $200 worth of food & my roommates tote of water bottles/glasses went ‘missing’. Second year we had no air for 3 days and it was in 90s that week, I had to go back home to sleep because it was insufferable. Maintenance request go unanswered and ignored. Our internet didn’t work when we first moved in and they made us buy another router because it was apparently our fault. When it turned out it wasn’t our fault they took an entire month to fix it. Lovely treatment for college kids. We also had 4 weeks without a working dishwasher and that was also our fault at first until they realized they had to buy an entire new dishwasher. Now I’m getting charged $40 out of my security deposit for the blinds in my room that I never touched because they didn’t open and now I’m being told they were replaced because they were broken, YES I KNOW that why i didn’t use them. I’ve lived in 3 apartments and this is by far the worse. Don’t even get me started about the glass in the parking lot or the grass being up to my knee.

Toured here and loved how clean the apartments are. Definitely a great place for students to live.

Never had bed bugs until i moved into this apartment. Its so creepy the bed bugs come out at night. I have bedbug bits all over my body. Yes there is also roaches. However im more concerned with bed bugs. Chelsea should be ashamed of her self. Slumlord!

Very nice apartments, friendly staff, I can't wait to find better than this. I just want to say at the end of the lease, no one told me that and I was kicked out. good to live here.
