Campus View and Kirkwood Court, cedar-rapids-ia

I’ve been living here for about 9 months now and honestly have had a really good experience. Any time I’ve needed something, management and maintenance have been quick to respond and helpful. The property is kept clean and well maintained, and I’ve never had an issue go unresolved. Overall it’s been a comfortable place to live and I’ve appreciated how attentive and professional everyone has been.

I came to Kirkwood court for six month temporary accommodation. But I have been here for about two years now. Why? The area is clean, walkable and peaceful. The people around are sociable and mindful, no disturbance, The management front desk girls are professional, helpful, funny and likeable. All that at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommendable!

Called the campus view apartments for my daughter and then went over to look at them.. service was terrible. Apparently they have “bed bugs”, and “roaches”, they don’t answer the work orders/maintenance request. If I would send my son or daughter anywhere to live it would not be here best believe that!

One month in and it’s really good, I’ve lived in an apartment for 8 years with my family, one that a lot of college kids also lived in. With the drinking atmosphere of the U of I it was often loud at nights with some drunken arguments and even vacuuming at 2 am?! But here it’s been relatively quiet, while still sounding occupied with the occasional late night movie or loud stair climbing. Plus having the first week of nightly events was cool, I personally didn’t go as socializing isn’t really my thing, I think it’s important to have that to get more extroverts to meet eachother, just making the complexes feel more connected. I’m mostly rambling at this point. Overall I’m very happy my girlfriend and I chose these apartments, it’s the perfect size for us and our cats and it’s nice to have full apartment style living during college without breaking the bank more than normal college fees

The neighborhood in general is very peaceful. Cheap rent but you also get what you pay for. Very convenient to live right next to kirkwood, and some restaurants
