DO NOT LIVE HERE MANAGEMENT IS UNREASONABLE AND STRICT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL Cheap rent and decent living spaces however management is terrible and unreasonable trying to contact them directly is impossible you go thru so many different people to get to them and they would still prefer it to go through someone else or not over the phone it seems. They will treat you nicely to get you to resign your lease but if you don’t resign they will make it very difficult for you following that. I have a 6 yr old pet goldfish and he’s lived here with me since I moved in about a year and a half of living here I had no issues management did multiple inspections over that time even the head manager lady came thru and did the inspections and visibly saw my pet goldfish that sits in a tiny tank and creates no issues and they never told me it was a problem or anything they even complimented the fish and there was no issues then this past month after I didn’t resign my lease they suddenly told me I had to remove my pet goldfish or face fines after doing an inspection a day after they told us they would be doing inspections and gave us no warning or told us they would be entering and would be doing them a day later than what was previously stated. Which I think is unprofessional and against so many rules. I’m not really sure why I can’t have a goldfish in a tiny 10 gallon tank since I don’t see any issues and they accept pets but honestly I would save your money and stay in the dorms or find somewhere that doesn’t have strict unreasonable unprofessional management that only treats you well if u continue to live there so you don’t have to deal with many issues and the dorms actually accept fish if that’s what your looking for all in all I’m not very pleased with my experience here they have made it very difficult to live happy and comfortable and I personally feel targeted because I didn’t resign my lease since it hasn’t been an issue until I didn’t resign and considering I only have 3 months left on my lease and I still have yet to talk to the main manager I’ve called three times and I hear from someone different every-time I tried to explain my situation and they tell me she’s busy and they will talk with her rather than me getting too talk with her so my situation was never resolved I think it’s very unfair and unreasonable but I guess I get what I paid for

***This is not to vent this is to people that are looking to sign a lease with the registry**** My experience at The Registry was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this property to prospective residents. The problems started on my very first day. My vehicle was towed because I was never provided a parking pass and was never informed that one was required. I was also not told that I needed to take photographs documenting the condition of my apartment upon move-in. As a new resident, I relied on management to communicate important policies and expectations, and that did not happen. Instead, I was left dealing with unnecessary expenses and stress immediately after moving in. Communication throughout my time here was consistently disappointing. There was often a noticeable difference between what was promised and what was actually delivered. Management frequently presented themselves as being committed to resident satisfaction, but when issues arose, I did not feel that concerns were addressed with the urgency, transparency, or accountability that residents deserve. Safety was another major concern. During my time living here, vehicle break-ins became a significant issue, and I never felt that adequate measures were taken to improve security or restore residents' confidence. When residents are paying, they should be able to expect management to take safety concerns seriously and communicate clearly about what is being done to address them. Instead, many residents were left feeling frustrated and unsupported. (15 car break-ins in one day with security on duty). What disappointed me most was the overall lack of accountability. Time and time again, it felt like residents were expected to absorb the consequences of poor communication, inadequate planning, or management failures. Rather than feeling valued as a resident, I often felt like I was being treated as a number. For students and young professionals searching for housing, I would strongly encourage you to thoroughly research all available options before signing a lease here. In my experience, independently owned rentals found through Zillow or local property owners may provide a more personal, responsive, and accountable living experience than what I received at this property. Housing should provide peace of mind, safety, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience at The Registry fell far short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I would not choose to live here again and cannot recommend it to others.

My personal experience at The Registery has been fantastic! The staff is very lovely and helpful when you have issues. Maintenance is good at their job and very helpful when things need fixing. A lot of the reviews act as if this place is supposed to be a luxury condo on a beach or something. Things do break sometimes, but we can just make simple maintenance requests and get them fixed for FREE! If you live in a house or different apartment you might have to pay for those things out of pocket. The fact the Registry has these options along with free furniture, its a pretty good deal. I live in a 4 unit apartment and got random room mates. Sometimes it can be loud but thats kinda just what happens with having 3 other room mates, and you can always communicate with them if something is bothering you. But then again, if you compare this to living in a dorm, my dorm floor was loud 24/7 I couldn’t sleep at night half the time because fights were happening in the hallways every night. For me, The Registry has definitely saved me from the dorm room torment (It is also CHEAPER than living in the dorms which like how do you even complain with that). I say that everything you get here, vs what you get for a dorm room is 11 times better. Even if your washer breaks at least you even have a washer in the same room and can just call maintenance! As for the room quality, I love my room and it feels very cozy to me! There are some blemishes on the walls and scratches and stuff but they don’t bother me. There are also not too many but however that being said I have seen rooms with flooring that was completely scratched up. It really depends on who was in it before you. Also if you do sign an “As is” form, The Registry won’t be able to have it all nice and new for you but that is only in circumstances when you have to move in sooner as they cannot get it ready for you when you are living there. I am very happy in my apartment and feel more comfortable here that I was expecting me too. I have lived here for close to a year now and am very satisfied with it. Oh! Lastly, the free parking! I would say it personally wouldn’t have been a good idea to buy the reserved parking monthly because the free parking (for living here) garage is right by my door. If you’re in a farther building or something it might be useful. I wouldn’t pay for it either way but that is my take on it. But still, free parking? Heck yeah! The Registry Apartment’s are the best apartments around campus, with its great location, friendly staff, and amazing for the price rooms. If you are a student trying to find out where to go, this is the place!

I lived at this apartment complex for a little under two years and it may have been the worst place I have ever lived. The front desk employees were rude, particularly management, notably a woman I believe named Angel. Not only was management rude but as I had learned also incompetent; I had multiple instances in which paperwork of mine was not processed due to management failing to do their job. When there was winter weather outside they didn’t bother to have any outdoor stairs salted so ice had formed on all stair cases including in the parking garage, leading to I and several people I know slipping and nearly injuring themselves. The parking garage itself is abysmal in its design; the parking spaces are far too small to adequately fit anyone’s car that it would not be an exaggeration to call it unsafe. I know for a fact that several cars have been scraped and damaged while parked in that parking garage, including my own. It’s clear the individuals who run and operate this apartment complex do not care about the wellbeing of their tenants, nor do they care to adequately perform the basic functions of their jobs. They take advantage of college students and low income renters because they know the people living here cannot afford to press charges or sue. I highly encourage anyone looking for apartments to not live at this apartment complex. This business needs to be shut down for good and the buildings here need to be destroyed as they are quite literally falling apart and their proximity to the train tracks is unsafe.

most of management is incredibly kind. not sure what of their title, but one person in particular is very rude and unprofessional. should not be talking to tenants the way that they do. i came to someone else in the office about a safety issue regarding my room and told them i did not feel comfortable there. because of the situation, i was well aware i would not be able to transfer units right then. i kindly asked if there was a way around the 400 dollar transfer fee as again, i do not feel as though i am in a comfortable living situation. a simple “no” would’ve sufficed. however, i was met with a terrible attitude and spoken to in a very condescending and belittling manner. i’ve heard many complaints about this person prior, but this was my first time experiencing it firsthand. it takes nothing to be kind and i pray they find a change of heart.
