Midtown at WKU, bowling-green-ky

The front desk employees are AMAZING. I asked so many questions and they assured me that it was okay to ask as many questions as I wanted. They were both very friendly and had great attitudes. I truly loved my experience touring the rooms at Midtown and they were the ones who made sure that my experience was as best as possible.

Beautiful apartment complex with lots of amenities in a great location close to everything you need. My leasing agent Madelyn was very nice and informative took her time answer all my questions, showed me around thoroughly. Overall, it was great experience being there!

The property is a very nice place to live, which is reflected in my five-star rating. What I liked: The interior facilities are complete, clean, modern, and well maintained. All staff I interacted with in the leasing office and maintenance team are friendly, reasonable, and responsive. The location is excellent and allows me to commute to work on foot. The property is pet-friendly, and during my stay the pet rent was reasonable. This is not an exhaustive list. Things to consider: I work at WKU rather than study there. The leasing and renewal cycle is clearly designed around the academic calendar, which works well for students who know how many years they will be here, but may feel less flexible for non-students. With enough information, this should not be an issue for student residents. There are no elevators for upper-level units, and many delivery carriers do not bring packages directly to the door. Packages must be picked up at the leasing office.

Midtown is by far the best of student apartment living in Bowling Green! The nicest people, highest quality, safe, basically located right on campus, and best all around bang for your buck! If you are looking for the best option to enjoy your time at WKU and have the freedom and quality of life that makes it worth the money, THIS is the place. Midtown gives you the best school-life balance!

Poor experience - Always smelled like mildew. I lived there for multiple school years. They are slow to respond, often have a condescending attitude, and my apartment was definitely not worth the expense. The apartment has had a bad odor since moving in and everything in my apartment smells from it - which is why I had to give it away. I would recommend that you ask others who currently lived there regarding their experience before signing papers.
