I stayed in a Blueground apartment on Newbury street for 4 months, and unfortunately the experience was stressful from the very beginning. I booked the apartment starting one day earlier than my arrival specifically so I could check in early, yet when I arrived in the morning I still could not access the property. The key was missing from the lockbox, I couldn’t reach anyone at first, and when I finally got someone on the phone, I was repeatedly asked to send photos without clear guidance. I was left sitting on the street with three suitcases for hours, unable to leave my belongings. It ultimately took 12 hours before I was able to enter the apartment. Throughout that day I had to keep following up myself, often reaching different staff members and receiving delayed or no responses. After moving in, the Wi-Fi did not work. It later turned out the bill had not been paid, and it took 3 days to get a response. The heater instructions also weren't clear, and again communication and response time were slow. The company’s app advertises features such as security-deposit tracking that do not function, and flexibility around refunds was very limited. Later during my stay, construction work in the apartment above caused damage to my bathroom ceiling; broken lamps, water and debris falling into the room. I was not informed in advance that building work was taking place. Thankfully, I was not in the bathroom when this happened. After several complaints they provided a free cleaning service. Overall, the apartment itself had potential, but communication, responsiveness, and guest support were consistently poor. I hope management improves their service, as the experience was far more stressful than a long-term rental should be. I will not be renting from Blueground again.

I have booked a 2b2b in Sunnyvale on Apr 23. After I got my 100% payment made, I received my apartment number. I sent my local friend to the apartment complex and she told me that my unit is under a huge powerline system. I looked again the advertising photos of the two bedrooms and balcony, there is no sign of any powerline. A company like blueground need to honestly present the key information like this. I request a full refund with my cancellation with no charge on service and booking. I would suggest Blueground to stay honest and keep the quality of your brand name to stay competitive in the short-term rental market. Yours Sincerely,

We needed temporary housing in the Boston area for six months, and the furnished apartment from Blueground was a perfect fit for our needs. Their pricing for a six-month stay was better than what we were seeing on Airbnb or Vrbo for similar options. The apartment came with an attached indoor garage and all the essential amenities, which made day-to-day living very convenient. The internet speed could have been better, but it was adequate for our regular use. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough supplies for a family of four, and the HVAC system kept us comfortably cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Maintenance support was excellent—our repair request was handled promptly and professionally, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely choose Blueground again if a similar need arises in the future
