Uncommon Boise State, boise-id

I love Uncommon. I moved from Chaffee and wowww what an upgrade!! The kitchens are a nice size and the rooms are spacious. The amenities and events are so fun and really help you to get engaged with the community. I was nervous meeting new people and doing random roommate matching, but Uncommon helped me find my best friends. Our whole fourth floor hall are all friends. And the staff is sooooo nice, so willing to help. They are fun and chatty!

For my first time moving out, I’m really glad I chose Uncommon. The people who work here genuinely care, and it shows. I’ve had friends live at places like Verve and Vista, and honestly, it’s just not the same. Uncommon is cleaner, quieter, and right next to the greenbelt, which I love. Being only a 6-minute walk to campus is easily one of my favorite things about living here. It’s also super dog-friendly. Having a dog wash on site has saved me money and so many trips to the groomer. If you’re looking for a place close to campus that actually feels like home, Uncommon is the perfect choice. You won’t just love the space, you’ll love the people too. Plus, having Insomnia Cookies right downstairs is dangerous in the best way, the hot tub is amazing, and it’s such an easy place to make friends. (Only downside… no tanning bed 😭)

LOVE living here, if you're looking for a place to live, this is where you want to sign. The front desk is always kind, shoutout to Jill being a great manager at this property. The building is always clean, maintenance orders are always quick, resident events are always fantastic, and I literally cannot say enough how much I love living here!

The property manager at Uncommon Boise is so talkative, friendly, and genuine. Really goes above and beyond to talk to residents and be helpful. This is a great place to live and make friends. Wish there was a tanning bed.

The staff here is so welcoming and kind to everyone who enters the building! Delaney is specifically so helpful, I love seeing her at the desk when I'm walking through! The staff makes Uncommon so welcoming and homey, I would highly recommend.
