Staff are incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. Jacob Vlcek the man, always makes sure whatever it is you may need you get. Holly, incredibly kind is always there to address potential housing concerns. Eric, runs this thang like a tight ship, super awesome and a great guy to have running where you live. Tianna, takes great pride in her work and it shows for the things she does for the building. Julia, super accommodating, kind and always helps you out whenever needed. Overall amazing staff who are great at their jobs!

Well I’m not a student but want to review just a few of the MANY four plus stories places the the students that go to Boise state university. This is one of the new ones completed last year. It’s modern, designed for students so it has many modern it’s here for the students.

I loved living in rivers edge, it’s a nice apartment building and lovely staff! The front desk people are so helpful - Julia always is so kind and greets with a smile, and they are great at answering questions!

River edge was amazing. I spoke to Julia on the phone and in person and she was wonderful and super helpful. Highly recommend, great staff and complex.

I stayed at River Edge Apartments from December 2024 to July 2025, and it was a great experience overall. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a peaceful neighborhood. The front desk staff were truly exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Maintenance requests were handled incredibly fast and efficiently. I really appreciated the excellent service and the sense of community here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!
