The Foundry Ames, ames-ia

Great location on campus but unfortunately many things went wrong with the building including severe water damage to my daughter’s unit. Many residents had to move out. We got charged extra for this. One would think we would have gotten a discount.

I love living at the foundry. Every morning I am greeted by the lovely women in the office and I feel safe and comfortable living here. The facilities are kept clean and if I ever have an issue it is rectified quickly. If you are looking for somewhere to live that is within walking distance to campus, I would highly suggest living here!

I moved into the Foundry back in August and my experience has been amazing! The staff is awesome and are extremely helpful! I love the amenities, especially the study rooms and the tanning bed. The location is perfect and I love how I can walk to all my classes. I would recommend the Foundry for anyone looking for the best off campus apartment complex here at Iowa State!

One of the standout features is the spacious layouts, providing each person with their own bedroom and bathroom. It adds so much convenience to daily life. The location is also ideal—right across the street from campus, near restaurants, and bus stops! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and inviting. I highly recommend The Foundry to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale living experience!

I’ve had the best experience living at the Foundry! With this being my second year here, I have enjoyed every second! The amenities and staff are just the best and they are always here to help! They make this complex feel warm and welcoming at all times! I would recommend The Foundry to l all my friends.
