Meadows Crossing, allendale-mi

I love Meadows Crossing! The apartments are so nice and there are so many amazing recreation opportunities/events for residents. The maintenance team is also very helpful whenever there are any issues. Definitely recommend!

Edit- I moved out 14 days before my lease ended in May and finally got my security deposit back today. They charged me $40 for a ring in the toilet that simply occurs when a toilet has been sitting for a period of time. Not to mention, they charged me and my roommates EACH $25 to clean the fridge and microwave. I was contacted by Karen and Sarah, to which they listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my frustration. They have taken this review into consideration, and said they would change how they are billing cleaning fees going forward.

Mikayla and other office staff members are AMAZING. Every time I come in she and her colleagues are helpful, professional, and extremely personable. I know that when I have a question or issue, they are the best team to ask.

Definitely recommend living in Meadows! I’m in my second year of living here and have had some problems with my apartment but meadows is always very accommodating and their maintenance is always very fast! They have great parking and amenities as well!

This was my first year in an apartment since attending Grand Valley and I’m very happy with my apartment choice! Meadows crossing is a very friendly place to stay. But something that stands out to be here is when you have any type of issue like maintenance or even just a question they are fast and reliable.
