Boltwood Apartments, allendale-mi

I’ve lived in Boltwood for 3 years now and it’s been great. The rent is fair and they allow animals so that’s a win/win. Bus stop right out front for students and a huge parking lot ehich they plow well in the winter. They recently added a dog park for those with pets which is awesome. Landlords are super approachable and available when needed. Overall, would highly recommend living in Boltwood.

I had a great experience at Boltwood! The apartments are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced for pets. Eddie and Aaron in the office are very accommodating and respond to questions and concerns in a reasonable time frame. Probably the best apartment office employees I've dealt with...and I work as a leasing agent for another GV complex! My only concern and reason for leaving was the security of the buildings. We were given a key to the main door at move in but it's never locked and I had a stranger follow me up the stairs and pound on my door late at night once on a holiday when the complex was nearly vacant. I called security and they were very helpful. I feel that updated security such as an access card to get into the building would make tenants feel safer. Aside from that, my experience at Boltwood was great! And my roommate and I appreciate the accommodations for ourselves and our pet.

Great place to live! Management is super helpful we haven't had any issues! When we first moved in, we had a few things that we needed to sort out and Aaron was super helpful in making our transition into our new apartment smooth and easy. My roommate and I have a dog and cat and they love Boltwood too!

You can't beat the price for the area, our dog loves the dog park, and I love being on the bus line! The walls are kind of thin in the buildings but the buildings are also old so it doesn't bother me too much. The landlords are awesome though, very responsive and easy to work with!

I love Boltwood, it's my second year living here and the apartment managers and the maintenance crew are wonderful. The apartments are a little older but in good condition and any problems I've run into are quickly corrected. My dog and cat love this place, too!
