Campus View Rentals, akron-oh

I rented with Campus View Rentals during the 2024–2025 school year and had a great experience. The house was in good condition when we moved in, and the location was perfect for getting to campus. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and communication with the landlord was straightforward and friendly. Rent was fair and utilities were all included. This is the perfect rental company to partner with during your college years at the University of Akron!

When searching for houses to rent last year, it became obvious that campus view rentals has some of the nicest and most well kept homes around. Renting off of campus view rentals has been a great experience. All of the homes are nicely renovated and the landlord makes it a priority that everything is in excellent working order. She responds quickly to any concerns that we have ever had and really cares about her tenants as well as her homes. I would definitely recommend campus view rentals to anyone looking for a really nice house to rent in the Akron area!

I have lived in a Campus View Rental house for about a year and a half now with my 4 roommates and have nothing but good things to say! The house is in great shape compared to many of the houses in Akron and whenever a problem comes up it is fixed within a day or two. You can tell that this is a home, not just a house. Has been very well maintained throughout its life!

Kind, responsive, easy to work with, and good communication. Landlord takes care of tenants and properties nicely. Would recommend living here. Spacious living quarters. Close to campus.
