The room was fine, the manager that let me in initially was very helpful nice guy. But the admin team or system they use is pathetic, I called regarding my deposit as after 10 days it wasn't automatically sent back as I had been assured when paying it. The payment was only sent back after I called regarding the fact I hadn't received it. I was told I would get the deposit within 7 - 10 days, they hadn't done anything and possibly wouldn't have returned the deposit had I not called multiple times. Also the lady that dealt with returning the deposit was extremely rude hung up the phone on me because I told her the payment should've already been in process not released after 10 days. Awful customer service wouldn't recommend anybody use them.

Location is great. Top floor apartment was somewhere between decent and awful. I'm giving 1 star as when I opened a top floor window, the whole window started to fall out of the frame. I had to pull it back in to stop it falling to the street, hurting my shoulder. Lots of mould in the bathrooms. It's clear there no investment to keep the apartment safe or clean.

Constant water damage leakage that wasn’t properly fixed, broken doors, broken furniture, a front door that won’t lock, dirty when moved in, really slow and dismissive management/help. Only benefit to this place is the location and even that was half blocked off by building works for most of the year.

Good - Great bedding / 3 towels per room Great temperature control Clean enough 2 Fridges/Dishwasher/Ironing Board Never saw any other guests from any other floors / people hanging around outside the building Great Location to get into town / the local spoons Decent TV Good lighting, plenty of windows / curtains Bad- Not much soundproofing for your own floor Broken shower doors/no dedicated floor mats/shower on its last legs but still works Not enough casual seating Beds are Very small for none couples phone to contact people trying to get it doesn't work / phone button doesn't work to open the front door Extra- turns out 2 bathrooms for 12 people was fine 1 person got locked out trying to take the bins out, and another time getting drunk and leaving the key inside

Big regret moving into this place. Mouldy bathrooms. Not cleaned properly, broken locks on doors, terrible wifi which glide won't fix and cant play any games online. Floors ruined they won't fix, front door lock broken. Always excuses and 1 month later still living in an overpriced dump. See my review on fhp living for further detail.
