Worst accommodation. I lived here two years. This is the second year. Last year I was in a different block. Overall is good. Just the extractor fan is poor, if the floor is wet, you might wait a day to get dry. Also sometimes music from somewhere, told the teams a lot of time about it. This year the location for my room is worst, it is next to the two street, most of the sound and vibrations like traffic, chatting sound, hubs noise, white industrial noise. Also the room always have noise from the bathroom. They fix this issue but one month later repeat again. From all the , it affect my mental health a lot. I contact them but they cant Do anything with it and cant help at all

Very bad building, service provided by the team is average, but the building has unfixable problems, all the equipment in the building is old and replacements are not available in the market anymore, upon complaining multiple times the team filed to fix any of the problems the building has, which is understandable considering the condition of the building. Its a pain to live in this building and you are asked to give a 52 week contract. Forest Court, Luxurio, student block, are some of the good ones in the area with functional buildings and better service and better price. Please check the pictures I have put shoe size 8 UK throughout the pictures to get the reference of scale in the room.

I just came for a viewing of this new accommodation and the building manager, Sian, was extremely accommodating and was very welcoming for me. I would definitely come back again just for a conversation with her, very homely, would definitely book this accommodation!!
