Love the reception staff especially Aisha and Zack and adel so loveley and helpfull and love chatting to them but hr and new manager department is not it. My room ceiling always leaks when it rains and when I complain they just say it’s cuz of the rain but if I’m paying almost a grand a month surely that shouldn’t be a problem also drainage system is really bad. And the new heating system the managers have put in is killing me it goes up to 24 degrees then closes two seconds after I on it I’m freezing to death . The only good thing about this place is the reception staff Aisha adel Zack is so helpfull and rlly good at her job being helpfull throughout

It was a very nice accommodation at the start with lovely management. However since the new management came in recently things have fallen apart. TVs are taking too long to get fixed, leaking ceilings on the 6th floor and the attention to detail for the amount you're paying is not adequate. The receptionist Aisha, security guard Zach and Adil have been amazing throughout the whole process and are incredibly in touch with the residents.

Aisha is such a great receptionist, she is so helpful and caring, she is always there to help, she makes this accommodation the best experience ever. i couldn’t ask for a better receptionist

Aisha is the greatest receptionist I know and she always cares for others and checks up on people, she makes true student Leicester a great place x

it’s a great accom w great facilities, aisha n the night security are great, unfortunately things haven’t been up to the high standard they used to be under this new management
