I've been living in CB1 since 1 year now and my personal experience has been wonderful throughout. With amazing facilities, beautiful environment, peace and hostile workers ready to help 24*7. I would suggest everyone looking for an accommodation that feels like home should give these apartments a try.

My room was in the A4 flat, CB1 Aston House, and the experience was very disappointing. If I opened the window, there was constant noise coming from the restaurant below, so I could hardly keep the window open. During the summer, the room became extremely hot, but I still couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. People from the restaurant would often sit outside and play Instagram reels loudly, which made it even worse. When I complained about this at reception, I was told they could not do anything about it, which was very frustrating. Another major issue was the false fire alarms at 2, 3, or 4 am every other night. When I asked about it, I was told it was the restaurant’s fire alarm. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay due to the noise, heat, and repeated late-night fire alarms.

The care and support at this accommodations have been excellent the staff members are professional and quick to address which Make the living environment feel safe and welcoming the support team does a great job

This area is fine during the day but dreadful at night. I have lived here 6 months I am constantly being woken up by students and other members of the public shouting/screaming fighting, returning home in the early hours. (Host building) there are cars constantly leaving engines on at night parked up and playing music. People are smoking weed in the park area at night and sometimes during the day. If you have the windows open the smell comes through into your apartment. Security do assist with anti social behavior, however by this time you are already awake. I have not had a proper weeks worth of sleep since moving here. Cant wait to move out in June. I would not recommend this area to anyone thinking of living/purchasing an apartment. Especially at £650-680K per apartment. This area might be close access for the train station. But you might as well be living in the city center next to a night club (when they are open)

It is an amazing experience to live here everything is perfect and great
