Slumlord, won't care about their property if it's not making them money. Pile of garbage sat outside of their St Elmo location after last tenant for 5+ weeks. Management seemed to conduct no walkthrough upon move out allowing trash to stay picked up for weeks until 311 intervened. Snow removal crews saw trash and either did not report or more likely, reported it to management who did not care.

Management is really bad, the landlord is rude and takes advantage of the fact that most of his tenants are college students to be neglectful to any concerns/questions being raised. Unfortunately if you're a student looking for off campus housing, he may be one of your only options as he owns almost all the property in the area but I would highly encourage looking into other managements if it's possible.

Overall disappointed in the management. The landlord is rude and has too many properties to care for. When asking about things to get done it happens very slowly. We had a month without water and then flooding. When both incidents happened he didn’t care about the tenants. Rarely did the management remove snow when it was listed in the rent. We brought it to his attention he told us he would help get us out of our lease. He actually offered us to get out of our lease twice was ridiculous when all we were doing was listing concerns. The yard was rarely taken care of. I can go on but overall this management is terrible.
