I would like to recognize Cameron at The Edge for the outstanding support he is providing to residents. Cameron consistently goes above and beyond his level of authority to assist and help resolve concerns whenever possible. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and offers many great amenities. However, as a newer development, it has experienced some significant maintenance challenges. Throughout these situations, Cameron has remained professional, responsive, courteous, and genuinely committed to helping residents find solutions. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to assist make him an excellent ambassador for The Edge management team. I have been a travel nurse for over 7 years and have been in MANY different living situations. As a professional who travels often and owns his own house, this has been one of the best experiences I have had with travel housing. From the beginning leasing was AMAZING! I contacted them Thursday and was moving in Tuesday of the following week. Van is always responsive and there is never a surprise. He is upfront about everything and gives you honest expectations. The units are spacious and has great character with exposed brick walls and loftish accents. Large walk-in closets to store all your things and an open bathroom plan for any additional stuff you might have. Anytime I had an issue for maintenance it was addressed within a few days. They do their best to match you up with a compatible roommate and address any issues with behavior IMMEDIATELY. Ms. Sherry in the leasing office works around the clock to ensure residents are SAFE and as comfortable as possible. I read the reviews... Most of the people probably did not pay their rent on time, smoked in the apts, had multiple guests, or some other issue that was not allowed by the leasing agreement that signed initially. All of these issues are addressed by management and is probably why they had a bad experience. For those who are looking for temp housing or if your are a traveling professional needing a short term spot, reach out to the Edge! There is even a space for gatherings, pool table, and a gym. I have had a few gatherings there and all my guests were comfortable and loved the space. Get a mattress topper from Walmart and you are all set. Thanks again to the Mgmt team for all that you do and have done for me!

In no way would I recommend subjecting yourself to a four bedroom unit here, & it’s probably best to avoid the building in general at all costs. Noisy neighbors, especially after a hockey team moved in. No windows in three out of four bedrooms — which means they legally aren’t bedrooms! Grid Management bought out the building & started condensing residents, so I went from having one roommate to three & it’s impossible to try to compromise with that many people. They also have been using the amenity rooms in the basement as storage, rendering them unusable for months on end. They raised the rent despite making the building much worse. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they jack up the rent even more for some facelift renovations in the near future. The only plus side is that they offer short term leases — but don’t make the mistake of extending & signing a 12 month lease, because you will severely regret locking yourself into the psychological warfare that is living in this building. Truly zero stars. Avoid this place.

I’m a current resident at The Edge and I love it. The leasing team of Michaela and James are great. Very professional and accommodating. Maintenance here is top notch. Jarrod goes above and beyond. I would recommend the Edge to any students or young professionals looking for a great place to live all wrapped into your monthly rent. Easy and convenient!

I enjoyed my stay at the Edge for the couple of years I was a resident there. Sherry was a great landlord and was very responsive and helpful to any and all issues that I had while staying there. My apartment was well furnished and I really enjoyed how the placement of roommates was. Getting my personality matched up with my roommates was one of my favorite things about this place outside of all the amenities it has to offer. This is a great spot for any college aged person or even someone who needs a fully furnished or good spot to stay at!
