P J's Campus Apartments, winona-mn

Pretty good college place. Helped with little things like the blinds and gave us patch up paint and stuff! Only thing that kind of bummed me out was that he took $50 out of security deposit for a carpet cleaning fee when I moved out and helped the next girl move in the same day (she locked her bedroom door after). A bit confused on that since my other roommates were staying there for the next year. If I was charged for a carpet cleaning fee for my room that's odd since I know for a fact he didn't even go into that room.

PJ’s is honestly the best! As a first time renter and college student, I was looking for something close to campus, affordable, and reliable. They hit all of those boxes!! You are super close to campus, making it easy to get to class, come home in between, and enjoy all of the campus life without having to live in the dorms. We also love the PJ’s staff who made touring the rentals and lease signing informational and easy. They are super helpful when needing guidance on different things and are insanely reliable as landlords as a team. Lastly, the price for how nice the rentals are, their location, and the amazing staff is super affordable! They keep everything super updated and nice! I can’t recommend them enough!

Pj's Apartments are great! I am a first-time renter with Pjs, and they are wonderful! The landlord Edward is nothing by sincere! He truly wants the best for you and is always there to help. All of the rentals are close to campus, which is extremely convenient, especially with how stressful commuting can be. The properties are kept clean and are recently renovated; they are far from the expected college house/apt conditions! Eddie gives you time to look over the lease and makes sure you understand it thoroughly. It truly made the process a whole lot less stressful. I would 10/10 recommend taking the opportunity to rent from Pj's!!

This is my first year renting through PJ's Apartments and so far I've had a great experience. The location is ideal for walking to campus classes, laundry and garbage are on sight, and the all-inclusive rent makes my life so much easier. The landlord and crew are amazing. When I first moved in, the apartment was modernized with new carpet, paint, and furnished with a new table and couch. These apartments are clean, safe, and well taken care of. The landlord can be easily reached, is willing to help, and communicates in advance. I would recommend applying early, as the apartments fill fast. I've been very pleased with my renting experience!

After living in one of PJ’s campus apartments for a year and resigning my lease for a second year I can honestly say that this is a great place to live, especially for students, in the Winona area. The apartment is nicely renovated and was thoroughly cleaned before move in day, which eased my nerves about being a first time renter. The landlord was very thorough and patient throughout the process of signing leases, answering every question we had and encouraging us to take our time and talk to our parents, also easing those nerves. The landlord is also very communicative by informing us ahead of time if a maintenance person will be stopping by as well as responsive if we have any issues. It is also very convenient having a laundromat within the same building and only being a block off campus. I would highly recommend living at PJ’s!
