This landlord does not return calls or texts to tenants with repair or service requests. Unlocked outside basement door entry where washer and dryer are, was unsafe. No painting or repairs between tenant leases. Chipping, peeling paint and plaster on walls. Broken wall light fixture sconce with exposed light bulb metal could electrocute someone. Bats in the attic and walls end up in several units on multiple occasions. And landlord withheld cleaning fees from security deposit for “cat clean up” when she paid a separate pet security deposit. I helped clean that apartment and that accusation of damage or lack of cleaning etc. is an outright lie.
