Weida Apartments is honestly the nicest place I've toured. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and everything is clean and well taken care of. The buildings feel safe, comfortable, and really well managed. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you want an easy, stress-free housing experience.

If I could put 6 stars I would ! The service is remarkable. Maintenance is done quickly and responsively. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with, especially Niko and Jerry who demonstrated professional skills when I needed help understanding how the washing machines work. Two years ago I tried working with the Banana people (Granite) and they were rude.

I have loved every minute of my experience with Weida Apartments! I have never had an issues with the maintenance and the front office is extremely helpful and welcoming. I was so nervous and intimidated by the renting process, but every single person I talked to reassured me and helped me meet every one of my requirements. I moved in this year, and my main concern was having a nice kitchen due to food allergies. 350 S. Chauncey Ave has fully remolded rooms that are extremely modern and affordable for a college student - I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful space on a budget.

Look I know there aren’t many options, but please go anywhere else. I lived here two years because i had no choice. If you do don’t choose here. 1. They have not cleaned their washing machines out in ages. I decided to wash my clothes in them and got rust stains on my clothes. 2. They do not clean the apartments before you move in. There was black mold completely covering the toilet when we moved in which came off when I cleaned it. 3. The staff is extremely rude when you have a problem. I had a question for staff about the lease and she proceeded to ask me if I could read. 4. The heat in the apartment went out for a few extremely cold days. The apartments gave us space heaters which racked up our electric bill to way more than usual and did not offer reimbursement. 5. This one might be the most insane one. There was a weekend we smelled gas in the apartment. We called the emergency number twice and they ignored us both times and said there’s no gas in the apartment. A car in their storage that was not a residents was leaking gas and the gas fumes filled our apartment for an entire weekend. I eventually had to sleep somewhere else because it got so bad. Absolutely horrid experience. They take advantage of the location because it is not worth the price. They are greedy.
