We rented from Evergreen while my son was at Purdue. They are by far the worst organization I have dealt with for rentals. They have zero empathy and compassion. Their properties are over priced and poorly maintained. Do not rent from these people unless it is the only available option. They even tried to charge us after the lease was completed.

I recently spoke with Jessica over the phone while interested about an apartment and I just wanted to say how friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful she was. Even though I ended up having to move last minute and couldn’t move forward with the process, my interaction with her really stood out to me.
