Morris Rentals, west-lafayette-in

Morris rentals is by far the best company to rent from in West Lafayette! The time I rented with Morris was easily the smoothest rental experience I had while at Purdue! The apartment was clean upon move-in, the apartment had just been recently renovated, amenities were great, and above all, the staff was so helpful! Even after I moved out of my apartment, I had a few issues with packages arriving at my old apartment and they were so amenable and great to work with! Cheryl is the definition of above and beyond!

Just graduated, but lived here for the past two years and my roommates and I have loved it! Amazing location that is super close to campus and maintenance is extremely responsive and quick. Cheryl is a great landlord, loved my little chats with her each day and will miss her! Highly recommend living here, could not have chosen a better place to call home for the last two years!

I graduated last semester and lived at Morris for 3 years during my time at Purdue. One of the best properties around the campus area for the size of the apartments and how close it was to campus and also Chauncey (Fowler ave). Susan and Cheryl were always responsive to tenants, helped in maintaining safety, and the maintenance crew was great and timely in helping with any issues. The place is unfurnished but me and my three other roommates were all able to pitch in items and they made it easy to divide rent per person per room which was convenient. We had 4 girls in a 2b/2b apartment, and many places don't allow sharing/splitting the room for rent, so that was helpful. Our rent did not increase over the the 3 years we stayed at the apartment, so it really was worth it. Highly recommend to students, it was a great place to call home during my time here!

I spent two years with Morris Rentals (Fall 2023 - Spring 2025) during my time at Purdue in one of the 3 bed apts at 419 Vine St. While the building itself is old, and we did need to do some cleaning and fixing, you can’t beat the price and location to campus. Cheryl and all the other staff at Morris were incredibly kind, prompt, and quick about answering any of my questions or helping with fixes. They also remodeled two bathrooms during my time, and the process was very quick and turned out great. Would happily recommend leasing here to anyone looking for off campus housing during their time at Purdue!!

My son and his 2 buddies are renting a 3 BR unit from Morris .. the apartment is well maintained and very clean when we moved him in.. Susan and Cheryl have been great to work with!! Very responsive with answering the many questions we had and taking the time to take pics of the apt etc since we are all out of town parents.. The apartment is ideally located.. very close to campus! My son says this is by far the best apt he’s had so far .. We highly recommend Susan & Cheryl and Morris Apartments!
