I have lived at the edge for 4 years and I honestly have no complaints. Yes, the amount you pay to live here is a lot, but I think it’s reasonable and makes sense for what they offer. Maintenance is always helping us out and is always there almost as soon as you put a request in. They are very friendly as well! I’m glad I got to spend the last 3 years here!!

Lived there for two years and it got old really fast. The apartment always felt damp and stunk like mold. The wifi went out all the time and made being a college student really difficult. The washer and dryer was so loud it always sounded like it was about to lift off into space and the dryer would constantly open in the middle of a cycle even when there were only a few things in it. Very cheap appliances and furniture. My apartment flooded twice while living there - the second time it took almost 4 weeks to fix and the apartment was unlivable during that time. Be aware that the lease runs until July, most other student housing begins in June, so if you move out you most likely will be paying two rents for two months. The location is close to campus but far from everything else in West Chester.

I lived here for 3 years and had a positive experience. Maintenance was fast when we had issues and the workers there were nice. Elevators were only down maybe once or twice a year and wifi only was down or weird like once a year if even. I would recommend to anyone looking for housing at WC. Just make sure that you submit your application before their deadline that is usually in November. The only downside for me was that it is expensive, but also compared to other options for a solo room in affiliated on campus or downtown, it was a similar enough amount, as the area overall is a lot more expensive than other places. It also had easy and convenient parking and was close to campus and felt safe so that was worth it to me too. Could sometimes hear neighbor's music and footsteps through wall/ceiling/floor as well which was annoying but just comes with the territory.

RENT IS HORRENDOUS. Why is it so expensive for COLLEGE STUDENTS?!?! This is a student apartment nobody should ever have to pay over 1000. The rent just went up to $1472……Also my apartment had a leak, because the hot water heater in the anpartment above us broke and was leaking all night into our apartment, and it took them 4 weeks to fix it. We had no floors, no walls, no ceiling for weeks. Workers would randomly enter our apartment without our knowledge. There were fans in our apartment so loud we couldn’t sleep. And it took about 15 emails to get compensated for not being able to use our apartment. This place is awful and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Would give them negative stars if I could

As parents, we thought it was a really nice place for our daughter to live. The staff is extremely nice and on top of things, if you have a maintenance issue they will come right away, if they can’t fix that day they make sure the do something to hold them over till they can. The building is safe, secure and key fob to enter which is also a plus. We think it's a good solid place to be and not to far of a walk to campus. Highly recommend!
