McFadden Group was very quick and responsive whenever I had concerns or questions during my time renting with them. They care about their tenants, and are good people to rent from.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I thought I went through it all with my previous Landloard’s… then I met Brian McFadden. This company rents out to mainly college kids who have many problems with their apartment. Brian has NEVER sent anyone out to my apartment to help fix the issues of water leaks, broken door hinges from previous tenant, or my broken oven that doesn’t even turn on. Brian is seriously a rude person who doesn’t help with anything.

Good group for off campus housing. They have a lot of properties making it easy to find something in your price range for any number of roommates. Make sure you find out when they start showing. They were nice and good at handling any problems that pop up with the property.

One of the worst management companies you can have! They need to train their representatives more on customer service! Plus don’t hire them If you have a place up for rent! They never pick up the phone and if they do they will have a lot of attitude with potential tenants!! Stay away!!

Jenny and Brian were nothing but friendly and professional throughout our entire interaction. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and would utilize their services again for myself in the future!
