Do not rent from here. They don't care about their residents, they only care about making money, and when you move out, they will charge you an arm and a leg to do so. If I could give negative stars I would. They also do not keep their word on things. My experience with them have been negative.

My Roommate and I moved out of the lodge in August and we have yet to get our deposit back. Not only have we not gotten it back but when they showed us what we were going to get back it had and bunch of money taken out. They said it was a mistake on Simple Bills part and not to pay it and to call Simple Bills. When we called Simple Bills they said it was the Lodges fault and then all of a sudden we had to pay it. So either way my roommate and I have not gotten the money we are owed back. We have both called multiple times and somehow the manager is always not there so they say they will call us back and never do.

Horrible experience! We moved my daughter in on the assigned moving day in August of 2024. Her apartment had not been cleaned and still needed repairs. Since school started the next day, we spent 5-6 hours cleaning enough so she could move in. It took several days for all the repairs to be completed. There were several repair issues throughout the year lease. We moved her out this July and were told we would receive her deposit back. All appropriate paperwork was filled out as well. It's now October 8th and we have yet to receive the deposit. I have contacted the Lodge several times and have yet to get a definite answer on the status of the deposit and when we will receive it.

❌BEWARE❌ current and future residents. @ The Lodge does not like returning deposits. My girls lived at @ The Lodge all 4 years in college. We hired a cleaning crew to come in and cleaned the unit from top to bottom once they moved out. We were told we would get a full refund on the deposits and a refund on the credit they had! Mind you, we were NEVER late paying rent and left the unit in far better conditions than when they moved in. One of my daughters received her deposit back but the other one has not. I have tried calling the corporate office several times and have left a voicemail with each call. I have NOT received one call back!!! Oklahoma law states a landlord has 45 days to return your deposit. At this time it’s been over 2 months. PAST RESIDENTS, KNOW THEY HAVE 45 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT!!!

Lived here for a full year and then sum and had little to no problems from any aspect of this place. Place is clean, staff is friendly and engaging and overall a wonderful place to live! Close to campus so you don't have to drive/walk too far. Overall, love living here! Plus having to not move furniture due to already being furnished is a big bonus!!
