Campus North Apartments, weatherford-ok

I lived there for 2 years, took good care of the apartment the whole time I lived there. There was mold in the walls and cabinets that I had tried to have fixed and they just kept painting over it never got rid of the mold in the bathroom cabinet I moved out 3 months ago and have called multiple times about my deposit and they keep having some excuse & saying they will get ahold of someone and never do. I still have not received any type of deposit.

The rent is affordable. Also have to pay for water , internet, and electric. As a person who loves to decorate, I love the amount of space we have. I personally don’t use the on site laundry mat, but they are supposed to be renew so I hope they work. Pool is getting removed. The manager is nice when we talk to them. Maintenance is fairly busy so it takes time for repairs. Neighbors are decent people. Good place to live if you’re attending college and want to be off-campus.

They will not give you your deposit back after you move out. They’ll avoid calls and if you go up there to talk to them no one is there. The laundry mat is trashed, the pool is never opened, the apartments are badly built, if I could give this place no stars I would.

Be careful when dealing with the property manager Deborah. I didn't have too many problems except for the occasional time I would have to call because of a maintenance issue but I especially had issues when I moved out and wanted to get my deposit back. It seemed every time I called her to ask about the status of my refund she had a new excuse on why I hadn't received it. When I called she was rude and would sometimes tell me she'd call me back then go days without anything. I couldn't help but feel that she was only taking advantage of me because I'm a college student. I finally had to contact an attorney in order for her to take me serious. It took over 2 months for her to give me my full deposit.

Nothing works. Laundry mat is trashed, pools never opened on time. They asked people to give good reviews for a chance to win a free month’s rent.
