Cortado Intern & Student Housing, washington-dc

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but for anyone considering renting a Cortado property: I absolutely recommend! My experience with Cortado has been stellar. The team is sincerely caring and incredibly responsive, engaging, and communicative; the services offered were exactly as promised, and the house was lovely to live in. For the rare issues that I did encounter, Cortado addressed all concerns in a timely manner. Any questions I had were answered quickly, kindly, and most importantly, truthfully. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about my experience with Cortado!

I interned in a House office and this was such a great place to live! The neighborhood is nice and safe and it’s a short walk to the Capitol, Union Station, and Union Market. The Cortado house was really nice and they were very helpful and responsive to any problems. I’d highly recommend staying here!

I had a great experience with Cortado. I was an intern in dc for 8 weeks. Cortado was able to find me a luxurious apartment in dc. Their founders, Harry and Perry, were always helpful and easy to reach. If you are lookin for short term housing, I recommend you use Cortado.

Incredibly easy move-in and move-out process. The apartment was very clean with great furniture and appliances. Cortado was very responsive to our questions and actively sought out feedback to make our experience better.
