I’d give a ZERO if possible. False advertising at its finest. They showcase a sparkling blue pool in their ads, but in reality it’s closed, swampy green, and completely unusable. Don’t be fooled by their photos. There is an ongoing list of problems with this place . UPDATE: Response to owner, Lacey here. I want to clarify that my review is accurate and based on direct experience as a current resident’s parent and visitor. The pool has been green and closed since early August, yet your advertising still features images of a sparkling blue amenity. That is misleading. My feedback is not about personal identification, but about transparency for those considering this community. Instead of dismissing concerns by questioning residency, I encourage you to address the maintenance and communication issues raised here and in many other reviews.

Thieves run rampant there, stealing vehicles, especially mopeds/motorcycles/scooters, thanks to management leaving the gates open, and refusing to go after them using their security footage. It also poses a severe safety risk. There are also many other issues, such as people entering apartments without prior notice, claiming emergency reasons, then performing routine maintenance or checking something. Noise... there's partying and smoking inside and outside of apartments going on at any hours of the day, basketball court is also used at night time and people drinking alcohol and smoking there. This place is a catastrophe, and they just give cookie cutter responses (just waiting for one to this) or just plain ignore reports. What a disaster of an apartment complex, it has a lot of potential but the lack of care and competence is running this place down.

I’ve lived here for 1.5-2 years now. Really love this place and sad I’m moving away. Had a couple maintenance issues with the garbage disposal and dryer but they were always fixed promptly. The front office staff is nice and the manager Michael is a great guy. Really a nice and relatively quiet place to live. What could they do better? Fix the gates at the front, either have them working or don’t have them not in between. Hire a new security guard, Dude has power issues and did nothing when my motorcycle was stolen except say “how was I supposed to stop it”, do a better job of keeping non residents out of the pool and basketball court. Other then that apartments are great and most everyone is nice and quiet

Do NOT move here. I will absolutely not be renewing my lease here based on one months experience. To start, there is a long list of smaller problems this place has that allude to the larger problems that are safety, cleanliness, and management. The facility gates (advertised as electric and always closed) are never closed. The fact that the gates remain opened to anyone at all times is concerning, and the staff here have all given me a different story as to why they don’t close. They state online that as a resident you must have a parking permit or else your vehicle is subject to being towed at your own expense. However, upon move in we were told they “ran out” of parking passes and would notify us when they received more. Still nothing, but I’ve watched other vehicles be towed? The furniture in the second unit they moved us to after an incident was destroyed, and the manager Liam swore it would be replaced the next morning. It was never replaced, despite my asking multiple times. There are many small problems within the unit we’re currently in, but NOTHING compares to what happened on the day I moved in. After driving 10 hours in one sitting to arrive here before the office closed, I picked up the keys to my new apartment and walked in to a very beaten up unit. Before bringing in any of my belongings I decided to video and picture the entire unit so I couldn’t be charged for any damages that previously existed. No more than 10 minutes into me being there, I look down and realized I’m covered in FLEAS. The entire apartment and the one next door were infested with fleas so badly that after standing there between 5-10 minutes I was covered in flea bites head to toe. I sprinted to the office and it took them 3 hours to assign me and the next door neighbor new apartment units. All they offered me was a half ass apology, a bottle of water, and $100 off the next months rent. I was assured that they had no idea of the infestation, but over the summer I’d been called and notified by the female manager that the carpet in the unit was being fully replaced for “quality assurance”. Yea right. They knew it was infested and attempted to replace the carpet and leave whatever fleas were left to die over the summer. Well they didn’t die, and I haven’t seen anything be done to those apartment units. I guess they’ll wait another few months and hope that did the trick! The staff and managers here are liars!! I’ve been lied to on many occasions by multiple different staff members and BOTH managers. There are too many things to even include in this lengthy review. The rent is cheaper than other units in the area, but I’d pay way more just to not have to live here!

Here are my complaints outlined in numbered format. 1. The outside of the apartments(i.e. the stairways, sidewalks, railings) is filthy and has obviously not been cleaned at least since their most recent renovations. I will attach a photo of the conditions of these below this review, and you can clearly see pieces of carpet from the renovation scattered everywhere along with bird poop. Additionally the ceiling fixtures outside the apartments are not properly secured leading to rattling sounds and animals nesting in them.(Picture also attached) 2. The inside of the apartments. While the inside of the apartments appears to be nice, and in many ways is, there were glaring problems from the onset of our move in. The first of which was an air filter that hadn’t been replaced in quite a while. After this air filter had been replaced, the air was noticeably cleaner. Additionally, there was still dirt in our kitchen lights that should have been cleaned long before our move-in. 3. The gates do not work, and there is not an adequate amount of security. Since move-in in August, and to my understanding, also for a substantial amount of time before this, the front gates have not functioned. This is not acceptable, as anyone can just come onto property, and along with this there is no proper security service to prevent certain things from happening. I have on multiple occasions been woken up around 3-5 am by people loudly revving their cars and even by a rather large amounts of people being obnoxiously loud. While i do not know if these people were from this property or not, such things could be prevented with proper security and a working front gate. Throughout my time here, we have been promised a working gate on multiple occasions, but nothing has happened yet. Making me believe that these are false promises. I hope this review was helpful for anyone considering living here. I do believe things can change for the better, but I question whether the current management has any intentions of doing so. I think we as residents would love to see some timelines and commitments instead of a reply on google reviews that claims to want to help.
