I’ve honestly had a great experience living here. The apartment itself is really nice, clean, and well maintained. The amenities are amazing, especially the clubhouse and the study rooms. The study rooms are quiet and perfect for focusing, which is super important for me as a student. The staff, especially Katie, are helpful and everything feels organized and safe. The location is also very convenient. The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive, but overall I really like it and I’m happy living here.

I lived in the valley for a year and I think it’s very clean, quiet place to live. It’s conveniently pretty close to campus and you get a free bus pass with your lease so commuting is easy. Personally I never had any issues with finding a parking spot in the lot, and in the winter they do a very good job cleaning out the snow and salting the roads and sidewalks. The amenities are really great with outdoor seating and the pool. I also really liked the study rooms provided. One of my favorite things here was having a trash service. The maintenance staff always responded quickly to work orders. Thomas was very nice when he came to fix my lighting. The only issue I have is the WiFi here is pretty bad. It constantly disconnects from all my devices throughout the day and even when connected it takes forever for videos to load. Other than that the valley is a great place to live.

Been living here for a month now and it is genuinely a good place to live. Amenities are pretty nice, the apartment itself is good. The maintenance crew is efficient, fast and responsive. It is quiet, calm and serene here. The CATA bus stop is right in front of The View and you get a free bus pass with the lease so that is pretty good. Some things I do not like are the AI assistant system when you call them. When I was in another country trying to get info on lease etc it was impossible to get in touch with a human. I also had an unpleasant experience during the move in day as i couldn’t reach there during office hours and they refused to accommodate. It is not easy for international students who are taking 30 hrs flight and 7 hour bus from different cities to reach office hours. But despite this, I will not reduce the rating because they did inform me beforehand about office hours move in condition.
Just now
These garbage has not been picked up for almost three days. It happens quite a few times since I moved in less than 2 weeks ago. The hallway always smells like garbage. It says valet garage pickup is only not available on Friday and Saturday, but here it goes no pick up on Sunday and Monday! Now it’s Tuesday!
No without any videos.
Ive been living here for two months and its pretty good its quiet and safe you get a free bus pass and garbage gets picked up during the week. Gabriella from the office is sweet and really helpful overall a really nice place to live at
