Honestly If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do not live here. Save your money, your sanity, and your safety, because this management team clearly doesn’t value any of the three. My nightmare started in June 2024 when the HVAC system in our unit broke. Instead of a simple fix, it started seeping water through the baseboards and into the carpet. Because our room was right next to the unit, the entire floor was soaked. We were forced into "temporary" housing while they ripped up the carpet, leaving us with a disgusting, moldy mess. Fast forward to July, and it only got worse. The day before we were supposed to move into a new unit, they closed off my and my roommates' area, making it impossible for us to get our own belongings. When they finally "prepared" a new room for me, I walked in to inspect it and found a full-grown mushroom growing out of the floor. They clearly hadn't even looked at the room before trying to shove me in there. Then came the "co-ed" logic that makes zero sense. Despite the fact that we had all lived together previously, they split us up. My roommates got to stay together in a shared space, but they stuck me in a unit by myself, claiming the other space "wasn't co-ed." To top it all off: •    The Compensation Battle: I spent months playing phone and email tag just to get some sort of reimbursement for this absolute circus. I didn't see a dime of compensation until December, nearly six months after the initial disaster. •    Harassment from Staff: The shuttle driver, David, is incredibly rude and crabby. He actually snapped at me once or twice for "not hearing him." I had to tell him, "Maybe it’s because I’m deaf and you need to be more mindful." The lack of basic empathy or awareness is staggering. •    Total Disregard for Safety (ADA Violations): This is the most disgusting part. As a deaf resident, I have spent two years asking for a functioning flashing ADA fire alarm accommodation. Not once in two years did it work. They even made me jump through hoops to get signed proof from my doctor because apparently, my mother’s word wasn't "legit" enough to prove I’m deaf. Despite numerous emails about "fire safety inspections," my alarm was never fixed. They literally do not care if their disabled residents live or die in an emergency. I even had to notify Disability Rights California about the safety violations here, and management still didn't act. This place is a massive liability, the staff is unprofessional at times, lacking training to help and assist those who are disabled and the living conditions are hazardous. Stay away.

Shilo was amazing!!! She made our experience a lasting one as my son will attending San Diego Mesa in the fall. She spent 3hrs with us touring and going through the application process on a holiday weekend! We came from Sac to San Diego to make this happen in person! Kudos to Shilo for really helping out and we are grateful! The property is amazing and for a college like experience the price was not bad at all. Really enjoyed the time at the property and the housing is amazing!!!!! Thank you again Shilo!

Kaylie at the front desk is literally the sweetest person ever. She helped me get my key fob and smart rent connected reallly fast. She also helped me find my lost package in parcel pending. I can always count on her to put a smile on my face when I enter the club house. Jordan is aiight. Connor is so helpful with maintenance, he eats down every time.

I have lived in multiple apartment in the past and this one is by far the worst. From my understanding, they provide incentives for people to leave 5 star reviews, so take every review with a grain of salt. The apartment is german roach infested, and have included a picture from the back of the fridge to show where they do not clean for new tenants. They have came to smoke the apartment for roaches before, which included multiple units in the same building. They also do not clean the units properly in between new tenants, so the unit condition largely depends on the previous tenant's conditions. Also, multiple people within the unit have been experiencing problems with their AC not working, which has not been fixed since the beginning of the school year. They take over a week for maintenance requests. The evening shuttle driver is inappropriate and unprofessional. He will drive fast and shout profanities at students for not yielding in the middle of the street. He also have made a comment before about asking a fellow student if they have "seen the girls by the pool". They also give notices as soon as the night before if the shuttle will not be running the next day, because they are unable to maintain the upkeep of the shuttle. Also for parking, the parking garage is small, and students will speed fast along the corners when going up and down the lot, so it is something to be aware if you plan to park. It can cause accidents. The wifi is also shared among the entire building complex, so it is slow if you require strong wifi. Do not fall for their schemes for signing, and please sign elsewhere even if it means paying extra. You can find other apartments in the area for cheaper with less roommates.

Jullissa is great. Management before was terrible so I hesitant to even speak with anyone again but I was surprised by how well she managed everythign and responded with care. Old manager wouldn't even respond and Jullissa responded quickly which was drastically different. I can already see things getting better around here since she came in especially in the parking structure with guest parking spots being open. The other office staff is nice as well.
