Please do not give this company any money or waste your time. Look elsewhere. Genuinely one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve lived in. I unfortunately lived here for 2 years and I can say this is a complete scam. I was hoping the first year was a series of misfortunate events but I could not have been more wrong. Do not make the same mistake I did, live literally anywhere else. When I first moved in, July of 2024, My room was not even cleaned and they were still installing new carpet. The interior furniture is cheap and low quality. The sinks are installed so half of the water gets on the counter top. I made approximately 5 maintenance requests to fix my obnoxiously loud washing machine over the course of my time there just for it to break again a day or two later. The walls and flooring is extremely thin so you will hear everything everyone is doing above, next to, or below you. The elevators will break down constantly, so expect to have one elevator working a quarter of the time for over 600+ residents. Also make sure you have no friends or visitors because they offer zero visitor parking outside. Their tiny car garage that is available to residents, is only allowed for residents and it fits barely enough to accommodate for the residential size. In the tour, they will showcase all these fantastic amenities just for them to be rarely upkept until it’s tour season then the problems magically get fixed for a week. The 12th floor lounge had no air conditioning system for a majority of the 2025-2026 year. During the last year of move out I was tasked with the sole responsibility of cleaning up my roommate’s mess who completely trashed the apartment when I left. During my cleaning, this moving company said they were coming to prepare the new room, yet they could not access it because of the blockade of my roommate’s objects he left in front of his door that he did not want to take. The nice gentleman of the moving company offered to move it for me, shortly after they returned once more with his items to dump back off because of the property manager saying it’s a liability (they originally said they were allowed to move the items). When the glorious day of moving out comes, be prepared to dispute hundreds in charges that they will try to get from you. I do want to say that the front office employees are fantastic and helpful given the poor management they work under. The cleaning ladies are excellent and the maintenance men do their best. I rarely leave reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous and I want to prevent anyone from making the same mistake I did.

Acsend is a good apartment complex. The people that work there are nice and do their best even when stuff doesn’t workout. Respect goes both ways, if you’re nice to them they are even nicer to you. If something is broken they try to fix it and even if they need time, harassing them isn’t the way to go. They are respectful, the apartments are nice and the perks you get for the price you pay are just as good. City apartments suck, but these ones are good. Have realistic expectations and be kind, if something is truly upsetting, make it known in a respectful way and they will take care of you. Addie Beene (one of the workers) is an absolute queen when it comes to helping and communicating, she understand and will help you. Be kind and you will get kindness back, it’s not perfect, but it’s good for what you pay and how close it is to campus.

I recently toured this student living apartment community and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the tour feel relaxed and informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely seemed invested in making sure students feel comfortable and supported. The property itself is beautiful and perfectly designed for student life. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, with great amenities and spaces that feel ideal for studying, relaxing, and socializing. Overall, this community really stands out for student living. Between the supportive staff and the stunning property, it feels like a great place for students to live, learn, and feel at home.

Had a great tour with Ms Nita...She toured me and my wife for our son and made us feel at home and it didn't feel as if she was trying to sell us something. I highly recommend this place,(it only let me give 5 stars but I rate her customer service a 10!)

Do not recommend. I pay $100 extra for parking and the gate for the garage has been open for months. Security was already an issue, but now it's gone too far because my car's window has been smashed in and my wallet was stolen. This happened to multiple other cars. Not only did someone vandalize my car once, they vandalized my car AGAIN on Sunday. This also isn't the first time my things here were stolen. My packages and my bike were also stolen while residing here. The vending machine ate my coins so I couldn't get the snack I paid for and never received my coins back. Staff is also unhelpful and unresponsive. If you value your property, money, and safety then this place is not good. Definitely NOT worth it. My social security and cards were stolen. Would give 0 stars if possible.
