Crimson properties has been so great to work with and response times to anything that comes up are instant! Tom is so great and we have really enjoyed the experience at one of his properties. Would highly recommend working with crimson properties over the bigger complexes as you get a more personalized experience.

Tom with Crimson Properties has made my first renting experience easy and amazing. He is quick to respond to messages and is always on top of repairs and maintenance. His properties are quality and he truly cares about the happiness of his tenants on the properties. 10/10 would recommend to first time and all renters looking for housing in the Pullman area.

Tom is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and that is what makes him the best landlord. Tom genuinely cares about each and every tenant and never fails to make you smile. The C Street apartments are very clean and extremely close to campus. Tom is always working on upgrading the apartments so he can give his tenants a wonderful place to live. I will always recommend renting through Crimson Properties because Tom is the best!!

Tom Weaver is a great landlord. He is respectful and very professional. I’ve been living in one of his properties for 2 years and it’s been great. It’s good to have one less thing to stress about other then school/work. He respects your privacy and he is always available to help us whenever there’s a housing issue. I rented from Crimson Properties for over four years. I loved my apartment and my landlord Tom was always communicative and responsive to any questions. In the four years I lived with Crimson Properties, I had no issues, rent was always fair, and I lived in a super convenient location.
