Living in one of the key oneonta rentals was a great experience. Stephan was very accommodating and whenever something needed to be fixed or get done it was done within 24 hours. He was always very respectful & nice to my roommates and I. The location of his rentals are very close to all the hot spots in Oneonta as well. Overall it was a great experience living in one of his homes.

Our landlord Stephen also always makes sure to check in and see if there’s anything that needs to be fixed etc. Overall couldn’t ask for a better off campus apartment and landlord!
