Hillside Commons Oneonta, oneonta-ny

My experience at hillside has been supreme! My relationship with management has always always always been excellent and they work with me for special requests. I have never had a moment where I didn't feel like they had my back. I will be going into my third year on a 12 month lease and I am confident that my time here will continue to be excellent. Hillside has been a highlight of my college career, and I will never forget my first apartment!

A friend of mine is living at Hillside and I went up to visit her. She was showing me around and it took very little to convinced me to apply to live there myself. The apartment units are very spacious and have great layouts that allow for personal space but also room for quality time for hanging out with your roommates. I really like the private bathrooms that are attached as well as the kitchen within the apartment. I love the view from the top floor lounge. The lounges themselves are wonderful places to relax with friends or study. There’s a great gym and yoga room as well. My favourite place is the outdoor fire pit. It’s prefect for roasting marshmallows and chatting with friends. Overall, a great place to live and it’s close to campus.

Hillside has been awesome! I will be going into my third year as a resident and I am very pleased to be so. They have been quick to fix issues in my apartment, they are accommodating, and have always helped with special requests with a smile. I feel like they have my back at all times.

My son spent this past semester at Hillside Commons and couldn't have been happier there. From the common areas and workout space to the monthly activities such as fun contests and Waffle breakfast on Saturdays, Hillside provided many wonderful opportunities for residents to thrive. We found the grounds and facility clean, quiet and appreciated the beautiful views. There was rarely a problem with the apartment building and if there was one, it was corrected quickly and handled professionally. Having access to the portal for communication and payment of monthly rent was very convenient as well. Assistant manager Matt Muller was my main contact and anytime I had questions or concerns, he was always there to explain things clearly, provide support and we feel he is an asset to the Hillside Commons community.

Hillside commons is such an amazing place to live as a college student. They have amenities that I would only wish to have in other off campus housing. From a gym, pool tables, and even a movie room I honestly never have to leave hillside to find something fun to do. I am constantly meeting new people and growing a community at hillside. The staff are so helpful and the office always is open for any questions, complaints, or feedback I have. Hillside is my home away from home and I love living here!
